Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանն անդրադարձել է «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության վաճառքի մասին խոսակցություններին: Մայիսի 13-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Երվանդ Զախարյանը ոչ հերքեց, ոչ հաստատեց խոսակցությունները, թե ՀԷՑ-ի 100 տոկոս բաժնետոմսերը վաճառվելու են: «Ես նման տեղեկատվություն չունեմ, որ ՀԷՑ-ը 100 տոկոսով վաճառվում է: Եթե նման բան լինի, մեր նախարարությունն առաջիններից մեկն է այդ մասին տեղյակ լինելու»,- նշեց նախարարը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ ՀԷՑ-ը իրավունք ունի մի քանի ընկերությունների հետ բանակցությունների վարել՝ բաժնետոմսերի վաճառքի վերաբերյալ: «Նրանք կարող են հանգիստ բանակցել, իսկ երբ բանակցությունների արդյունքները կորոշակիանան, այդ ժամանակ նրանք կդիմեն մեզ, մենք էլ կանենք համապատասխան հայտարարություն»,- ընդգծեց Երվանդ Զախարյանը:

Մամուլում լուրեր են շրջանառվում այն մասին, որ «Տաշիր Գրուպ» ընկերությունը ցանկանում է գնել ՀԷՑ-ի բաժնետոմսերը, որի վերաբեյալ բանակցությունները մոտ են ավարտին: Սակայն «Տաշիր Գրուպ» ընկերությունը հերքել է այդ խոսակցությունները:
