«Բոլոր նախադրյալները կան, որպեսզի էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի սպասվող բարձրացումը հանգեցնի քաղաքացիական լայն ընդվզման: Սոցիալական ցանցերում մի փոքրիկ հայտարարռթյուն էր տեղադրվել, ըստ որի՝ Ազատության հրապարակում անց է կացվելու հանրային քննարկում: Խոսքը, իհարկե, մասնագիտական քննարկման մասին հ։ Սա ավելի շատ բողոքի ակցիա էր: Երեկ երեկոյան այդ «քննարկումը» տեղի ունեցավ և այն սպասվածից ավելի շատ մասնակիցներ ունեցավ: Մի քանի տասնյակ քաղաքացիներ «քննարկումներ» անելուց հետո «Ոչ թալանին» կարգախոսով երթ սկսեցին Երևանի կենտրոնական փողոցներով: Այսպիսով՝ կարելի է արձանագրել, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման դեմ շարժումը պաշտոնապես մեկնարկեց: Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը. որ էլէներգիայի թանկացումը հարվածելու է բոլորի գրպանին և այդ հարվածը բավականին ուժգին է լինելու՝ պետք է սպասել, որ օրըստօրե շարժումը թափ է հավաքելու:

Երեկվա ակցիան, չնայած ուներ համեմատաբար քիչ մասնակիցներ սակայն հնարավոր չէ ասել, թե ով է այն կազմակերպել: Սկիզբ առնող այս շարժումը ուղեվարձի թանկացման դեմ երկու տարի առաջ սկսված գործընթացի հետ մի շատ կարևոր ընդհանրություն էլ ունի։ Թե այն ժամանակ և թե՜ հիմա գները բարձրացնելու համոզիչ հիմնավորռմներ այդպես էլ չհնչեցին։ Ընդամենը երեք տարվա ընթացքում էլէներգիան ավելի քան 60 տոկոս թանկացնելու անհրաժեշտռթյունը, մեր մեջ ասած, այնքան էլ հեշտ չէ հիմնավորել, նույնիսկ դեմքի հնարավորինս ամենալուրջ արտահայտությամբ: Իհարկե, մեր էներգահամակարգը պարտքեր կուտակել է ե դա փաստ է։ Սակայն այլևս բոլորն են հասկանում, որ այդ պարտքերը առաջանում են գողությունների ու վատ կառավարման հետևանքով և քաղաքացին դրանում իր մեղքի բաժինը չունի: Քաղաքացու միակ մեղքը, թերևս, այն է որ ժամանակին, երբ քիչ-քիչ բարձրացնում էին սակագները, չընդվզեց ու համարժեք հակահարված չտվեց դրան: Բայց «մեղքը քավելու» հնարավորություն միշտ էլ կա»,–գրում է թերթը։
