Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախարար Արա Նռանյանը հայ գործարարներին կոչ է անում լավ ուսումնասիրել ԵԱՏՄ անդամ մյուս երկրների փորձը, որոնք շատ լավ կարողանում են օգտվել միության ընձեռած հնարավորություններից: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Արա Նռանյանը ցավով նշեց, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հետ աշխատելու միակ խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, որ հայ գործարարներն այնքան էլ լավ տեղեկացված չեն այն հնարավորություններին, որ ընձեռում է միությունը: «Եթե մեր գործարարները լավ ուսումնասիրեն միության անդամ մյուս երկրների փորձը, կտեսնեն, թե որքան լավ են նրանք օգտագործում այն հնարավորությունները, որ ընձեռում է միությունը: Բելառուսը և Ղազախստանը կարողանում են շատ տնտեսական հարցեր բարձրացնել և լուծել դրանք Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շրջանակներում: Նույն Ռուսաստանը արտաքին տնտեսական քաղաքականության շատ հարցեր լուծում է հենց միության շրջանակներում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Նռանյանը:

Նա շեշտեց, որ հայկական կողմը ևս պետք է նախաձեռնող լինի, ներկայացնի ներդրումային ծրագրեր, որոնց համար ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում կտրամադրվեն արտոնություններ: «Մենք պետք է հասկանանք, թե ԵԱՏՄ-ում ինչ խնդիրներ ունեն մեր ձեռնարկությունները և փորձենք լուծում տալ այդ խնդիրներին: Մենք պետք է փորձենք հասկանալ, թե երրորդ երկրների հետ ազատ առևտրի պայմանագիր կնքելու դեպքում մեր երկիրը այդ երկրների հետ հարաբերություններում ի՞նչ հետաքրքրություններ ունի և ստիպել, որպեսզի ԵԱՏՄ-ն այդ ապրանքների մասով ազատ առևտրի պայմանագրով սահմանի արտոնություն ներ ՀՀ ձենռարկությունների համար: Սա ամենօրյա աշխատանք է, և այդ աշխատանքն իրականացնելու համար պետք է շատ լավ պատկերացնել հնարավորությունները»,- ասաց Նռանյանը:

Հարցին, թե արդյոք արդեն երևում են այն օգուտները, որոնք ակնկալվում էին Հայաստանի՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցությունից, Արա Նռանյանը նկատեց, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ին ինտեգրվելը երկար ճանապարհ է, որում առաջին քայլը շատ կարևոր է, սակայն մեկ քայլ անելով վերջնական նպատակին հասնել հնարավոր չէ: «Հարկավոր է այդ ճանապարհն ամբողջությամբ անցնել: Այսինքն, սա շատ երկար ճանապարհ է, և մենք պետք է կարողանանք աստիճանաբար քաղել այն օգուտները, որոնք կարող է մեզ տալ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը: Միության անդամ մյուս երկրները, որոնք նախկինում ՝էլ համագործակցում էին Մաքսային միության շրջանակներում, երբեք չեն բավարարվում ձեռք բերածով և անընդհատ ձգտում են նոր օգուտներ ստանալ՝ օգտագործելով միության ընձեռած հնարավորությունները»,-նշեց Արա Նռանյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Հայաստանն արդեն առաջին քայլն արել է, սակայն դեռ երկար աշխատանք ունի անելու, որպեսզի արդյունքները շոշափելի լինեն:
