Շուշիի ազատագրման «Հարսանիք լեռներում» խորագրով պլանի մարտավարական քարտեզը հանձնվեց Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության «Մայր Հայաստան» զինվորական թանգարանին: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` այն թանգարանին հանձնեց Շուշիի ազատագրման գործողությունների ղեկավար, գեներալ-մայոր, արցախյան ազատամարտի հերոս Արկադի Տեր-Թադևոսյանը (Կոմանդոս):

Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Արկադի Տեր-Թադևոսյանը նշեց, որ պլանի վրա աշխատել է իր հարյուրավոր մարտական ընկերների հետ: Նրա խոսքով` պլանը կմնա պատմության մեջ, քանի որ այն գալիք սերունդներին մանրամասն կներկայացնի «Հարսանիք լեռներում» օպերացիայի պատմությունը:

Հիշելով օպերացիան` Արկադի Տեր-Թադևոսյանը պատմեց, որ Շուշիի ազատգրման ժամանակ հայկական կողմը չուներ անհրաժեշտ որակի ու քանակի զենք-զինամթերք: «Ես տղաներին ասել էի, որ դժվար է լինելու, սակայն, չնայած դրան, բոլորը նպատակադրված էին Շուշիի ազատագրմանը: Դիմեցինք ռազմական խորամանկության: Թշնամին կարծեց, թե մենք ազատագրելու ենք Քյոսալարը, քանի որ մի խումբ ուղարկել էինք հենց այդ ուղղությամբ: Նրանք էլ գիտեին, որ մենք այդքան զինամթերք չունենք ու դժվար կլինի մեր հարձակումը: Օպերացիան արագ` կայծակնային եղավ: Մեր զորքը պատրաստ էր, մեր հրամանատարները լավ գիտեին թշնամու դիրքերը ու որ կողմից կարող են շրջապատել նրան: Այդպես էլ մենք հասանք մեր նպատակին ու Շուշին ազատագրվեց»,- պատմեց Կոմանդոսը:

Արկադի Տեր-Թադևոսյանի համոզմամբ` Շուշիի ազատագրումով թշնամու ողնաշարը ֆիզիկապես ու բարոյապես փշրվեց, միաժամանակ, դրվեց հայկական կանոնավոր բանակի հիմքը:
