Նախկինում տամպլիերների զենքը սուրն էր, որին այսօր փոխարինել է խոսքն ու թաստերը, և տապլիերները պետք է ներդնեն ողջ իրենց ներուժը՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանություն մասին իրազեկման և այն ժխտող պետությունների կողմից ընդունման գործում: Նման համոցմունք մայիսի 16-ին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց Ռումինիայում տաճարական միաբանության գերագույն առաջնորդ Շտեֆան Սորին Պրելիպչիանոն, ով տասից ավելի երկրների Ասպետների (Տամպլիերների) միաբանության գերագույն մար մինների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտ այցելության շրջանակներում, ստորագրեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման բանաձև:

«Մարդիկ, ովքեր չեն ընդունում պատմական փաստերը՝ չեն կարող ունենալ սեփական պատմություն: Մենք պետք է ներդնենք մեր ուժերը, որպեսզի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը չճանաչած երկրները պաշտոնապես ընդունեն պատմական փաստի եղելությունը», - հայտնեց Շտեֆան Սորին Պրելիպչիանոն:

Ներկայում տամպլիերների միաբանությունը ներկայացված է 45 քրիստոնեական երկրներում, կառույցին անդամակցում է մոտ 20 հազար ասպետ, սակայն, Հայաստանի Երուսաղեմի տաճարական Ասպետների (Տամպլիերների) միաբանության գերագույն առաջնորդ Բագրատ Լալայանի խոսքով, Երևանում կայացած հավաքին ներկա էին 13 երկրների պատվիրակներ:

«Միաբանությունը գոյություն ունի մոտ հազար տարի՝ սկսած առաջին Խաչակրաց արշավանքներից, և մեր նպատակն է պահպանել քրիստոնեական արժեքները, քրիստոնյաներին, իրենց շահերը և մեր հավատքը: Մեր կազմակերպությունն ունի էկումենիկ բնույթ, այն չի պատկանում որևէ քրիստոնեական եկեղեցու: Մեր շարքերում կան Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու, Կաթոլիկ եկեղեցու ասպետներ, ովքեր ապրում են Եվրոպայում և Ռուսաստանում: Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որպեսզի ամբողջ աշխարհը տեսնի, որ այսօր քրիստոնյաները միասին են և խաչակիրներ կան» - նշեց Բագրատ Լալայանը:

ԱՄՆ և Կարիբյան կղզիների տամպրիելների միաբանության ներկայացուցիչները Հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչությանը փոխանցեցին միջոցառմանը բացակա քսանից ավելի երիկրների միաբանությունների կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ըդնունման և դատապարտման բանաձևերը:

Բանաձևի ստորագրումից առաջ Տամպլիերների միաբանության անդամները, զգեստավորված տամպլիերների ծիսական սպիտակ թիկնոցներով, այց կատարեցին Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հուշահամալիր, ծանոթացան Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտի նոր ցուցադրությանը, իսկ բանաձի ստորագրման արարողությունից հետո Հիշատակի պուրակում տնկեցին եղևնի:
