Մայիսի 15-ին Գաբրիել Սունդուկյանի անվան Ազգային Ակադեմիական Թատրոնում տեղի ունեցավ ԱԿԲԱ-Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ բանկի նախկին գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Ստեփան Գիշյանի տարեդարձին նվիրված հուշ-երեկո:

Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին ինչպես Ստեփան Գիշյանի հարազատներն ու ընկերները, այնպես էլ բանկի Հայաստանի տարբեր ծայրերում գտնվող մասնաճյուղերի աշխատակիցները:

Միջոցառման սկզբին բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը, խոսելով Ս. Գիշյանի մարդկային հատկանիշների մասին, սահուն անցում կատարեց նրա կատարած աշխատանքին եւ ձեռքբերումներին. «Ստեփան Գիշյանը դարձել է այն ուղենշային անձնավորությունը, ով նոր ստանդարտներ եւ արժեքներ է բերել Հայաստանի բանկային համակարգ: Նա 19 տարի առաջ շատ պատահաբար, բայց նաեւ օրինաչափ հայտնվեց մի այնպիսի ծրագրի կենտրոնում, որի հեռանկարի վրա շատերը կասկածում էին: Այն, որ բանկային համակարգում այսօր ԱԿԲԱ-Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ Բանկն իր ուրույն տեղն ունի, առաջին հերթին Ստեփանի նոր մոտեցումների հեւտեւանք է»:

Նա նաեւ հայտարարեց, որ ի հիշատակ ԱԿԲԱ-Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ Բանկի նախկին գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի՝ կստեղծվի «Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամ. «Հիմնադրամը ծառայելու է երջանկահիշատակ Ստեփան Գիշյանի գործունեության ամենակարեւոր ուղղություններից մեկին՝ հայ-ֆրանսիական կապերի ամրապնդմանն ու երկու երկրների միջեւ բարեկամության խորացմանը: Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ֆրանսիական «Կրեդի Ագրիկոլ» բանկին, որը հիմնադրամի ստեղծման գաղափարի առաջացման պահից մինչեւ իրականացումն աջակցել է մեզ: Հիմնադրամը երկար ճանապարհ ունի անցնելու»:

Ըստ Հակոբ Անդրեասյանի՝ հիմնադրամի շահառուներն են լինելու այն երիտասարդները, սոցիալապես ակտիվ այն քաղաքացիները, ովքեր կերտելու են հայ-ֆրանսիական բարեկամության նոր ապագան՝ ստեղծելով նոր արժեքներ:

Նկատենք, որ հավաքվելով մեկ հարկի տակ՝ Ս. Գիշյանի ընկներները կիսվում էին ոչ միայն բանկային ոլորտում գրանցած նրա ձեռքբերումներով, այլեւ հաճելի հուշերով եւ պատմություններով:

Վերհիշելով իրենց ընկերությունն ու համատեղ աշխատած տարիները՝ Բանկերի միության նախագահ Սամվել Ճզմաչյանը նշեց. «Ես տարիքով ավելի մեծ էի, եւ եթե սկզբնական շրջանում Ստեփանն ինձնից, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, շատ բան էր սովորում, ապա մեր ընկերության վերջին տասնամյակում ես նրանից ընդօրինակելու շատ բան ունեի: Միշտ հիշում եմ Ստեփանին եւ հպարտանում, հաճախ տեսնում նրան երազներումս: Այդ հուշերն ինձ ապրելու ուժ ու եռանդ են տալիս: Ստեփանը շուրջ երկու տասնամյակ ղեկավարում էր մի բանկ, որը դարձել է անկախ Հայաստանի վերածննդի խոսուն խորհրդանիշը: Շնորհիվ բարձր կամային հատկանիշների, նպատակասլաց եւ հետեւողական աշխատանքի, գործին անմնացորդ նվիրվածության՝ Ստեփան Գիշյանին մի քանի տարում լիովին հաջողվեց իրականացնել բանկի ստեղծման դժվարագույն ծրագիրը: Ստեփանը կարողացավ ընկերներին համախմբել իր շուրջ եւ ստեղծել նմանատիպ մտածողությամբ կոլեկտիվ, որն այսօր շարունակում է նրա գործը»:
