ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարին կից կոլեգիայի վերջին նիստում քննարկված Գյումրիի քաղաքաշինական զարգացման վերաբերյալ առաջարկները թյուր կարծիքներ են ձևավորել բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների դասախոսների շրջանում: Քաղաքաշինության նախարարությունն արդեն հայտարարել է, որ որևէ կոնկրետ բուհ Գյումրի տեղափոխելու պաշտոնական նախագիծ չի ծրագրել, սակայն բուհերի դասախոսական կազմն արդեն հասցրել է տագնապ արտահայտել դրա վերաբերյալ: Նման իրավիճակը, հավանաբար, ինֆորքացիայի պակասից է եկել:

Մանկավարժական համալսարանի գեղարվեստական կրթության ֆակուլտետի դասախոս Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը Երևանից բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների տեղափոխումը անիրատեսական է համարում: «Մենք ԲՈՒՀ-ը չպետք է դիտարկենք որպես շինություն, այն մի ամբողջ գաղափար է ամփոփում իր մեջ: ԲՈՒՀ-երը պետք է անցնեն զարգացման ճանապարհ: Համապատասխան գերատեսչություններ պետք է մտածեն Գյումրիում գործող պետական ԲՈՒՀ-երի մասնաճյուղերը զարգացնելու մասին, որպեսզի տեղի ուսանողները ցանկանան սովորել հենց այդ ուսումնական հաստատութիունում»,-լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց նա:

Իր հերթին մի շարք ԲՈՒՀ-երում դասավանդող հոգեբանական գիտությունների դոցենտ Սամվել Խուդոյանը նշեց, որ անընդունելի է համարում Երևանից ԲՈՒՀ-երը Գյումրի տեղափոխելու առաջարկը: «Բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունները չի կարելի կահույքի պես տեղափոխել մի վայրից մյուսը: Այդ դեպքում` դասախոսներից և ուսանողներից շատերը կհրաժարվեն մեկնել Գյումրի, ինչից մեծապես կշահեն մասնավոր ԲՈՒՀ-երը, որոնք հաճույքով կընդունեն նրանց»,-շեշտեց նա:

ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարությունը մայիսի 15-ին կայացած քաղաքաշինության նախարարին կից կոլեգիայի ընթացքում հնչած մասնագիտական առաջարկությունների խեղաթյուրումից, թյուրըմբռնումից և տարատեսակ մեկնաբանությունների արդյունքում դրանք որպես նախարարության պաշտոնական տեսակետ ներկայացնելուց խուսափելու համար հայտնել է, որ որևէ կոնկրետ բուհ Գյումրի տեղափոխելու պաշտոնական նախագիծ ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարության կողմից ծրագրված չէ:

«Ավելորդ չենք համարում նշել, որ որոշ նախարարություններ և բուհեր Գյումրի, Աբովյան և այլ քաղաքներ տեղափոխելու առաջարկությունները վաղուց շրջանառության մեջ են:

Քաղաքաշինության նախարարին կից կոլեգիան, որը ներառում է պրոֆեսիոնալների լուրջ կազմ, վերջին նիստում քննարկել է Գյումրիի քաղաքաշինական զարգացման վերաբերյալ առաջարկները՝ մարզերի համաչափ զարգացման համատեքստում: Ընդ որում, համանման քննարկումները շարունակական բնույթ են ունենալու՝ ուրվագծելով Հայաստանի տարբեր քաղաքների զարգացման հնարավորությունները: Մասնագետներն ազատ են կոլեգիայի հարթակում իրենց պատկերացումներն ու կարծիքները բարձրաձայնելու, ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ»,-նշված է հայտարարության մեջ:
