Մի պահ պատկերացրեք, որ դուք և ձեր լավագույն ընկերները որոշում եք թողնել ամեն ինչ, գնալ հեռու մի վայր և կառուցել սեփական մինի–քաղաքը, որտեղ կապրեք միասին։ Ոչ, սա ֆանտաստիկ ֆիլմից հատված չէ, ոչ էլ ուտոպիա, այլ լրիվ իրական պատմություն։

Այս 4 ամուսնական զույգերը 20 տարվա լավագույն ընկերներ էին։ Մի օր նրանք որոշեցին հավաքվել միասին և ստեղծել սեփական մինի–քաղաքը։ Որոշումն ընդունվեց միաձայն։

Սկզբում գաղափարը խելահեղ էր թվում, բայց անհնարին ոչինչ չկա։ Եվ ահա նրանք Տեխաս նահանգում ստեղծեցին իրենց երազանքների քաղաքը, որը բաղկացած էր 4 միանման տնակներից, յուրաքանչյուրը 40 հազար դոլար արժողությամբ։

Յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի բաժին հասավ 125 ք.մ տարածք։

Այս տնակները բավական հարմարավետ դուրս եկան։ Դրանք ունեն ընդարձակ սենյակներ, հարմարավետ սանհագույց, խոհանոց և նույնիսկ ձեղնահարկ։

Եվ այս ամբողջ հրաշքը գտնվում է գեղեցիկ բնապատկերով մի գողտրիկ վայրում։

–Մենք լողում ենք գետում, ուսումնասիրում ենք տեղի լեռները կամ ուղղակի նստում են դրսում` հետևելով կոլիբրիների թռիչքին,–կիսվում է Ջոդդի Զիպպը` մինի–քաղաքի բնակիչներից մեկը։
