Ժամանակավորապես դադարացվել է Ալաշկերտի մանկապարտեզի գործունեությունը

Արմավիրի մարզի Ալաշկերտ համայնքից մայիսի 8-ից 10-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Արմավիր բժշկական կենտրոնի ինֆեկցիոն բաժանմունք էր հոսպիտալացվել 12 երեխա։ Բոլորը` Ալաշկերտ համայնքի մանկական նախադպրոցական կազմակերպության սաներ։ Երեխաների մոտ եղել են նույն ախտանշանները` լուծ, փսխում, ջերմություն և ընդհանուր թուլություն։ Նրանց վիճակը գնահատվել է թեթև և միջին ծանրության։ Բոլոր երեխաներն առողջացմամբ դուրս են գրվել, Ալաշկերտի մանկապարտեզի սաների շրջանում նոր հիվանդներ չեն հայտնաբերվել:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, վարակի աղբյուրի պարզաբանման նպատակով ձեռնարկված կանխարգելիչ և հակահաճարակային միջոցառումների շրջանակում նմուշառումներ են իրականացվել հիվանդներից, մանկապարտեզի անձնակազմից, կոնտակտավորիներից, խոհանոցի և խմբասենյակների մի շարք պարագաներից, խմելու ջրից։ Դրանց լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի 2013 թվականի օգոստոսի 12-ի «Նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատություններում երեխաների սննդի կազմակերպմանը ներկայացվող հիգիենիկ պահանջներ N2.3.1-0102013 սանիտարական կանոնները և նորմերը հաստատելու մասին» հրամանի պահանջների կոպիտ խախտումներ: Հիվանդներից հայտնաբերվել են շիգելլա զոնե, որը հիմնականում բնորոշ է սննդային գործոնին։ Իսկ խոհանոցի և խմբասենյակների մի շարք պարագաներից հայտնաբերվել են աղիքային ցուպիկի խմբի ախտածին մանրէներ, որը վկայում է երկրորդային ախտոտվածության մասին։ Որոշում է կայացվել մանկապարտեզի գործունեությունը ժամանակավորապես դադարեցնել։

Համաճարակաբանական օրինաչափությունների և լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքում կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ արձանագրվել է սննդային ծագման աղիքային վարակի տեղային (լոկալ) բռնկում:
