Եգիպտոսի ԱԳՆ-ն անընդունելի է համարում Մուհամմադ Մուրսիի դատավճռի քննադատությունը

Եգիպտոսի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը անընդունելի է համարում արտասահմանցի պաշտոնյաների կողմից Եգիպտոսի նախկին նախագահ Մուհամմադ Մուրսիի և «Մուսուլման եղբայրների» դատավճռի դատապարտումը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է  ռուսական ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը, այս մասին հայտարարել է նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Բադր Աբդ ալ Ատան: «Արտասահմանցի պաշտոնատար անձանց տեսակետները հեռու են իրականությունից և համարվում են միանգամայն անընդունելի եգիպտական լիովին անկախ դատական համակարգի համար»,- ընդգծել է նա` ավելացնելով, որ եգիպտական իշխանությունները շահագրգռված են պահպանելու դատարանների օբյեկտիվությունը և հակված են ժողովրդավարական սկզբունքներին:

«Եգիպտոսը թույլ չի տա, որպեսզի իր դատական համակարգը վերլուծության և գնահատման ենթարկվի դրսից»,- նշել է նա:

Աբդ ալ Աթայի խոսքով՝ դատական համակարգը կհիմնվի միայն երկրի սահմանադրության և օրենքի վրա:

Մայիսի 16-ին Եգիպտոսի դատարանը որոշում էր ընդունել Մուհամմադ Մուրսիին և իսլամիստական շարժման 106 ներկայացուցիչների մահվան դատավճռի դատապարտել: Դատարանի որոշումը սուր քննադատության է արժանացել արտասահմանյան մի շարք պաշտոնյաների, ինչպես նաև կազմակերպությունների կողմից: Դատավճիռը մասնավորապես դատապարտել են ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Պան Կի Մունը, Եվրամիության ներկայացուցիչ Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինին:
