Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը համոզված է, որ տարեվերջին Հայաստանում կարձանագրվի տնտեսական աճ: Նրա խոսքով՝ դրան կնպաստեն նաև այս տարվա երկրորդ կիսամյակում նախատեսվող ծրագրերը:

Կառավարության նիստում վարչապետը հիշեցրեց, որ մայիսի 20-ին հրապարկվել են Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալները և ՀՀ-ում արձանագրվել է տնտեսական ակտիվություն:

«Եթե մարդիկ կանխատեսումներով, ենթադրություններով են խոսում, ապա մենք խոսում ենք թվերով, հաշվարկներով և հիմնավորում, որ տնտեսական աճ ունենալու ենք: Համոզված եմ, որ այս տարվա առաջին չորս ամսվա արդյունքներով ունենք 2,2-2,3 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ: Տնտեսական ակում ունենալու վերաբերյալ դատարկ խոսակցություններին պետք է վերջ տրվի: Ես չգիտեմ, որոշ քաղաքական գործիչների և քաղաքական ուժերի ցանկությո՞ւնն է, որ կառավարությունը ձախողվի, տնտեսական անկում արձանագրվի, բայց ես համոզված եմ, որ իրենց ցանկությունը չի իրականանալու, և մենք արձանագրելու ենք տնտեսական աճ: Դա երկրորդ կիսամյակից ավելի ակնհայտ կլինի»,- ասաց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ արդեն իսկ ավարտական փուլում են նախատեսվող ծրագրերի նախագծերն ու նախահաշիվները և դրանց իրականացումն սկսելու է նպաստել տնտեսական ակտիվությանը: «Ես համոզված եմ, որ տարվա վերջին ունենալու ենք տնտեսական աճ: 2015 թվականի միջնաժամկետով մենք նախատեսել ենք մեկ տոկոս տնտեսական աճ, որը, ես համոզված եմ, լինելու է ավելին, նվազագույնը լինելու է 2-3 տոկոս: Փորձելու ենք, միասնական ուժերով ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որ 2015 թվականի պետական բյուջեում դրված 4,1 տոկոս տնտեսական աճն ապահովենք»,- ընդգծեց կառավարության ղեկավարը:

Նրա խոսքով, իհարկե, կան նաև տարածշրջանային խնդիրներ, բայց դրանք պետք է հիմք չլինեն, որպեսզի գործադիրը չփորձի անել առավելագույնը՝ տնտեսական աճ արձանագրելու համար:

ՀՀ ԱՎԾ-ի տվյալների համաձայն՝ Հայաստանի տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը 2015 թվականի հունվար-ապրիլ ամիսներին 2.7 տոկոսով գերազանցել է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշը:
