ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց Կենտրոնական բանկի 2015 թթ. Դրամավարկային քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ եզրակացությանը: Կառավարության նիստում ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը նշեց, որ 2015 թվականի դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ծրագրում արտացոլ­ված մակրոտնտեսական միջավայրի զարգացումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ ԿԲ-ի գնահա­տականներն ընդհանուր առմամբ համահունչ են կառավարության մակրոտնտե­սական ծրագրերով նախատեսվող ուղղություններին:

Մասնավորապես նախագծում նշված է, որ սպասվող թույլ ներդրու­մային ակտիվությունը 2015 թվականին կհանգեցնի մասնավոր ներդրումների կրճատմանը շուրջ 14 տոկոսով, որն, ըստ Միրումյանի, էապես ցածր է նախորդ կանխատեսումների հա­մեմատ: Միևնույն ժամանակ, դրամավարկային ծրագրում ամբողջական առա­ջար­կի կանխատեսումներում շինարարության անհամեմատ ավելի փոքր անկում է ակնկալվում՝ 7տոկոսի չափով:

«Այս համատեքստում անհրաժեշտ է նշել, որ ներդրումների միտումներն ընդհա­նուր առմամբ չեն կարող շատ տարբերվել շինարարության միտումներից, քանի որ ներդրումների մեծ մասը պայմանավորված է կապիտալ շինարարությամբ: Ըստ ՀՀ ԿԲ կանխատեսումների՝ ներկայացված է, որ 2015 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում 12-ամսյա գնաճը կավելանա: Փաստացի գնաճը առաջին եռամսյակի ավարտին կազմել է 5.8%՝ համընկնելով գնահատականների հետ: Սակայն գյուղատնտեսության ճյուղում կանխատեսումներն ակնկալում են 3.5-4.5% իրական աճ, ինչի վերաբերյալ 2015 թվականի առա­ջին եռամսյակի օպերատիվ տվյալները թույլ են տալիս ավելի լավատեսորեն վերաբերվել ճյուղի և գնաճի զարգացումներին 2015 թվականի ընթացքում: Կարծում ենք, որ երկրորդ եռամսյակի դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ծրագրում Կենտրոնական բանկը կարիք կունենա վերանայելու գյուղատնտեսության և գնաճի կանխատեսումները»,-  ասաց Միրումյանը:

Միաժամանակ, քննարկվեց նաև ԿԲ-ի 2014 թվականի դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ծրագրի կատարման հաշվետ­վու­թյան վերաբերյալ կա­ռա­վա­րության եզրա­կա­ցության նա­խա­գիծը: Դրանում մանրամասնորեն ներկայացված են բոլոր այն տնտեսական փոփոխությունները, որոնք տեղի ունեցան Հայաստանում նախորդ տարեվերջին:
