Ռիգայի գագաթնաժողովը ցույց տվեց, որ Հայաստանի մոտեցումներն ընդունելի են Եվրամիության համար. քաղաքագետ

Եվրամիության Արևելյան գործընկերության գագաթնաժողովը Հայաստանի համար նշանակալի էր մի քանի առումներով, սակայն ամենամեծ հաջողությունն այն է, որ գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում ԵՄ-ը ցույց տվեց, որ իր համար ընդունելի են Հայաստանի մոտեցումները: Այս մասին  նշեց քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մինասյանը` անդրադառնալով Ռիգայի գագաթնաժողովին Հայաստանի մասնակցությանÕ ¨:

Քաղաքագետի խոսքով` կարևոր էր այն, որ գագաթնաժողովին հայտարարվեց Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն նոր իրավական փաստաթղթի պատրաստման մասին: «Այս փաստաթուղթը հետագայում պետք է հավանություն ստանա բոլոր անդամ երկրների կողմից, այսինքն, իրավական առումով, դա գրեթե նույն ձևաչափն է, ինչ Ասոցացման պայմանագիրն էր: Բայց այս փաստաթուղթը ներառելու է այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանը հանդիսանում է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ: Այդ առումով սա մեծ հաջողություն է Հայաստանի համար, որովհետև այն մոտեցումը, որ առաջարկում է Հայաստանը, լիովին ընդունելի է Եվրամիության համար»,- ասաց Մի նասյանը:

Սերգեյ Մինասյանի կարծիքով` Եվրամիության հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացման տեսանկյունից կարևոր ազդակ էր Վիզաների դյուրացման գործընթացում Հայաստանի գրանցած հաջողությունը: «Գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում նշվեց, որ վիզաների դյուրացման գործընթացում Հայաստանն առաջխաղացում ունի և մտնում է նոր փուլ: Հայաստանն ընդամենը կես քայլով է հետ մնում Ասոցացման պայմանագիր ստորագրած Վրաստանից կամ Ուկրաինայից: Կարծում եմ, եթե չլինեն ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակներ, մենք երկու տարվա ընթացքում կունենանք նույն հնարավորությունը»,- ընդգծեց նա:

Քաղաքագետը խոսեց նաև ադրբեջանական կողմի ընդվզման մասին` կապված Մինսկի խմբի աշխատանքների հետ: «Ադրբեջանի այդ վարքագիծն ավելի շահավետ դարձավ Հայաստանի համար, քանի որ Հայաստանը ցույց տվեց, որ իր մոտեցումները համընկնում են Մինսկի խմբի և Եվրամիության մոտեցումներին` ի տարբերություն Ադրբեջանի, որը բոյկոտեց առաջարկվող փաստաթուղթը»,- նշեց Մինասյանը:

Քաղաքագետի կարծիքով` այս գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ չկային կետեր, որ շահավետ չլինեին Հայաստանի համար: «Միայն Ղրիմի հետ կապված կար մոտեցումների տարբերություն, բայց Հայաստանը ներկայացրեց իր դիրքորոշումը և գագաթնաժողովի հռչակագրում էլ բավական հմուտ ձևով ձևակերպում տրվեց հարցին»,- նկատեց քաղաքագետը: Նա հավելեց, որ ինչ-որ առումով կարելի է ենթադրել, թե Հայաստանի համար Ռիգայի գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքներն ավելի նպաստավոր էին, քան, օրինակ, ակնկալում էին Վրաստանը և Ուկրաինան:
