Արմավիրի ևս 2 մանկապարտեզներում գրանցվել են թունավորման դեպքեր. Թվով 16 երեխաներ հոսպիտալացվել է: Հերթական թունավորման մասին հերթական անգամ հաղորդում է առողջապահության նախարարությունը: Այս տեղեկատվությունը միաժամանակ տարբեր հույզեր է առաջացնում. Մտահոգություն երեխաների առողջությամբ, զայրույթ և ուղղակի հիասթափություն: Ակամայից հարց է առաջանում. Որքա՞ն կարող է այսպես շարունակվել, մի՞թե երեխաների առողջությունը չի հետաքրքրում սննդամթերքի անվտանգություն ապահովողներին: Չեմ կարծում, որ որևէ մեկն այնքան տմարդ կարող է գտնվել, որ երեխայի թունավորումը նրա մոտ որևէ հույզ չառաջացնի: Սակայն ուղղակի կան չինովնիկներ, որոնք ուղղակի չեն գիտակցում, որ իրենց անփույթ աշխատանքի կամ հենց իրենց իսկ աշխատանքի նկատմամբ ունեցած անտարբերությունն է թունավորումների պատճառը: Թունավորման դեպքեր միշտ էլ գրանցվել են, սակայն ոչ այս ծավալների և քանակության: Հատկապես վերջին ժամանակահատվածում հաճախակի են հարցադրումները, թե ինչու եմ հաճախ քննադատում ՍԱՊԾ գործունեությունը կամ ինչու եմ քննարկում այդ ծառայության պետին կամ ղեկավար կազմին. Մեկ պարզ պատճառով, եթե անգամ կա տեսական հնարավորություն, որ պատմաբանը կամ թուրքագետը կարող է լավ կառավարել, ապա սա այդ դեպքը չէ: Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ծառայության պետը պետք է լինի սննդամթերքի անվտանգության համար թիվ մեկ անհանգստացողը. Միայն խիստ անհանգստությամբ և մտահոգությամբ կարելի է կառավարել համակարգը, ինչն այսօր ուղղակի աննկատ է: ՍԱՊԾ որևէ հաղորդագրության մեջ չկա մտահոգություն, միայն արդարացումներ են և կոչեր, որոնց կյանքի կոչմանը խոչընդոտում է հենց այդ նույն ծառայությունը:

Այո՛, քննադատում եմ և շարունակելու եմ քննադատել, քանզի համակարգն ակնհայտորեն ձախողում է: Բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր համամիտ չեն քննադատություններիս հետ, ընդամենը մի քանի հարց ունեմ. Մի՞թե չեք տեսնում օրեցօր շատացող թունավորումները, օրեցօր շատացող խախտումները, չե՞ք տեսնում, որ համակարգն ուղղակի ձախողում է:
Եթե անգամ ՍԱՊԾ ղեկավարության շարքերում ունենայի ազգականներ, էլ ավելի խիստ կքննադատեի, քանզի կքննադատեի ոչ միայն սոցիալական ցանցերում, այլև երեկոյան ժամերին իրենց բնակարաններում իրենց երեխաների աչքի առջև: Կհորդորեի ուղղակի դիմում գրել և ազատվել աշխատանքից՝ գիտակցմամբ, որ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ապահովումն իրենց մոտ չի ստացվում:
