Պետական կառավարման ակադեմիան այսուհետև կպատրաստի Էլեկտրոնային հանրային կառավարման մասնագետների, որը Հայաստանում դեռ չունի իր նախատիպը:

Մայիսի 25-ին  ակադեմիայում տեղի ունեցած բաց դռների օրվա շրջանակում այս մասին լրագրողներին տեղեկացրեց Պետական կառավարման ակադեմիայի ռեկտոր Արսեն Լոքյանը:

«Սա մագիստրոսական կրթական ծրագիր է, նաև ունենք ասպիրանտականը: Այն շուկայում բավականին պահանջված մասնագիտություն է, սակայն մինչ այժմ Հայաստանում ոչ մի բուհ չուներ էլեկտրոնային հանրային կառավարման ուսուցման ծրագիր: Այդ իսկ առիթով մենք 1,5 տարի առաջ ձեռնամուխ եղանք Լիտվայի Միկոլաս Ռոմերիս համալսարանի (ՄՌՀ) հետ համատեղ մշակել ուսումնական ծրագիր, որի մագիստատուրայի և ասպիրանտուրայի շրջանավարտները կարժանանան կրկնակի դիպլոմի», - տեղեկացրեց Արսեն Լոքյանը:

Պետական կառավարման ակադեմիայի ռեկտորը հավելեց, որ դիպլոմները շրջանավարտներին առանձին տրվելու են Պետական կառավարման ակադեմիայի և Լիտվայի Միկոլաս Ռոմերիս համալսարանի կողմից: Վերջինն ունի եվրոպական երկիրների հավատարմագիր և ճանաչվում է աշխարհի 70 երկրների կողմից:

«Ուսանողները մեկ կիսամյակ կսովորեն Հայաստանում, այնուհետև երկու կիսամյակ՝ Լիտվայում, իսկ մագիստրոսական թեզերի պատշպանությունը տեղի կունենա հայերեն Հայաստանում և անգլերեն՝ Լիտվայում», - ասաց արտաքին կապերի գծերով պրոռեկտոր Թերեզա Խեչոյանը:

Ինչպես հավելեց տիկին Խեչոյանը, Պետական կառավարման ակադեմիայում Էլեկտրոնային հանրային կառավարման մասնագիտությամբ ուսուցումը կհանդիսանա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական կառավարման ակադեմիայի մագիստրատութայի թվով վեցերորդ բաժինը:

Բաց դռների օրը Կառավարման ակադեմիա այցելած երիտասարդները հնարավորություն ունեցան մոտիկից ծանոթանալ ուսուցման ծրագրերին և անվճար անցնել առաջնորության հոգեբանական թեստավորում՝ հասնակալու, թե որքանով պոտենցիալ դիմորդներն ունեն առաջնորդին և պետական կառավարիչին անհրաժեշտ ունակություններ:
