ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր Անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի նախագահը ընթացիկ տարվա կարևոր ձեռքբերումներից է համարում նոտարների հասանելիությունը կադաստրի էլեկտրոնային համակարգին: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ կոմիտեի նախագահ Մարտին Սարգսյանը շեշտեց, որ նշյալ փոփոխությունը դյուրացրել է քաղաքացիների գործը, քանի որ նոտարը կարող է դիմում ստանալ ու քաղաքացուն տր ամադրել անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունքների պետական գրանցման վկայականը: «Քաղաքացիներին ընտրության հնարավորություն ընձեռնելու նպատակով հետագայում կադաստրի սպասարկման գրասենյակի կարգավիճակ կարող է տրամադրվել ինչպես առանձին իրավաբանական, այնպես էլ ֆիզիկական անձանց: Իսկ որպես այլընտրանք, 2015 թվականի հունվարի սկզբից հնարավորություն տրվեց նոտարներին կադաստրի համակարգից էլեկտրոնային կապի միջոցով ստանալ քաղաքացուն հետաքրքրող անշարժ գույքի միավորի վերաբերյալ միասնական տեղեկատվություն, գործարքից հետո իրավունքների պետական գրանցման համար դիմում մուտքագրել կադաստրի համակարգ` ստանալ ու դիմողին տրամադրել անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունքների պետական գրանցման վկայականը: Առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է նման կարգավիճակ տրամադրել նաև արտերկրում գտնվող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպաններին ու հյուպատոսներին` անշարժ գույքի հետ առնչվող հարցերում սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցների հոգսը թեթևացնելու համար»,- տեղեկացրեց պաշտոնյան:

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ` Երևան քաղաքում սպասարկման 5 գրասենյակներից ձևավորվել է 3-ը` տարածքների վարձավճարների, պահպանության, տեխնիկական սպասարկման ծախսերի կրճատման, հաստիքների արդյունավետ օգտագործման միջոցով ապահովելով տարեկան շուրջ 76 միլիոն դրամի խնայողություն, որն ուղղվում է համակարգի հետագա զարգացմանն ու տեխնիկական նոր հնարավորությունների ստեղծմանը: «Բացի այդ` 2014 թվականի տարեվերջին կոմիտեի աշխատակազմի Կոտայքի, Արագածոտնի ու Արմավիրի ստորաբաժանումների միավորմամբ Երևան քաղաքում կազմավորվել է «Մարզերի միավորված» ստորաբա ժանումը, որը տարածությամբ հեռանալով գործարքի ենթակա անշարժ գույքի գտնվելու վայրից, առավել սահմանափակել է գործառույթն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձ-քաղաքացի շփման, ծանոթության, պաշտոնատար անձի վրա ներազդելու հնարավորությունը` դրանով իսկ նպաստելով կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի իսպառ բացառմանը: Նշված տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների միավորմամբ միևնույն հարկի տակ են ներառվել համակարգում առկա շուրջ 2 միլիոն 200 հազար անշարժ գույքի կադաստրային (արխիվային) գործերից գրեթե 650 հազարը: Ձեռնարկված միջոցառման արդյունքում ակնկալվում է տարեկան շուրջ 30 միլիոն դր ամի խնայողություն»,- հայտնեց Մարտին Սարգսյանը:
