Երգիչ Էրիկն առաջիկայում երկրպագուներին ուրախացնելու կարեւոր առիթ կունենա. նա այժմ լրջորեն զբաղվում է Երեւանում կայանալիք իր առաջին մենահամերգով, որի վերաբերյալ փակագծերը դեռ չի բացում: Այս մասին «Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրել է ինքը` երգիչը, ով անդրադարձել է նաեւ աղջիկ երկրպագուների հետ իր ունեցած հարաբերություններին, իր կեցվածքին ու արտաքին տեսքին, պատմել է երբեմնի հիասթափության մասին:

-Էրի՛կ, Ձեր երկրպագուներն անընդհատ հետաքրքրվում են, թե երբ եք պատրաստվում Երեւանում հանդես գալ մենահամերգով, եւ արդյո՞ք այն սարերի ետեւում է:

-Այդ հարցով հիմա արդեն շատ կոնկրետ եւ լրջորեն զբաղվում եմ, սակայն դեռեւս չեմ ուզում շատ փակագծեր բացել: Դա լինելու է իմ առաջին մենահամերգը Երեւանում, եւ ես անելու եմ ամեն բան, որ այն անցնի հետաքրքիր, ու երբ երկրորդ մենահամերգն ունենամ, մարդիկ կրկին սիրով գնեն տոմսերն ու համենան: Երեւանյան մենահամերգին զուգահեռ ծրագրում եմ ունենալ մեկ այլ մենահամերգ նաեւ Միացյալ Նահանգներում, տեսնենք` ինչպես կստացվի:

-Դուք Ձեր կեցվածքի, արտաքին տեսքի, շարմի միջոցով ակամայից դարձել եք աղջիկների սիրելին, նրանց իդեալը: Ձեզ երբեմն համարում են անգամ սրտակեր: Դժվար չէ՞ նման պիտակով ապրելը:

-Չեմ կարծում, թե սրտակեր եմ կամ փորձում եմ այդպիսին լինել: Ես 21-րդ դարում ապրող տղամարդ եմ եւ պարտավոր եմ իմ արտաքինին հետեւել` անկախ մասնագիտությունից: Ձեր ասած սրտակեր կերպարները մի օրում սպառում են իրենց, սկզբում նրանք գրավում են հանդիսատեսին, իսկ հետո, երբ ամուսնանում են, հանդիսատեսը սկսում է նրանց չսիրել. սա շատ ծիծաղելի է: Եթե նկատել եք, ես քիչ եմ ունենում «ինչ-որ հատուկ հայացքներով» ֆոտոսեսիաներ, տարվա ընթացքում շատ տեսահոլովակներ չեմ թողարկում, քանի որ չեմ ուզում հոգնեցնել հանդիսատեսին: Իսկ այսօր շատերը 1500 հատ տեսահոլովակ են թողարկում, բայց երբ հերթը հասնում է երգելուն, ամեն բան փոխվում է: Ինձ համար առաջնայինն իմ գործունեությունն է: Ինձ ուրախացնում է, օրինակ, այն հանգամանքը, որ անցել է 4 տարի, իսկ երկրպագուներս դեռ հիշում են «Անիրական» անունով երգս կամ «Твои следы» երգի իմ կատարումը:
