ՀՀ Նախագահը մեկ տարում կատարել է 22 պետական, պաշտոնական ու աշխատանքային այց արտերկիր

ՀՀ Նախագահը 2014 թվականին կատարել է 22 պետական, պաշտոնական ու աշխատանքային այց արտերկիր: Նա հյուրընկալել է Ֆրանսիայի, Վրաստանի, Հունաստանի, Սերբիայի, նախագահներին, Շվեյցարիայի Համադաշնության նախագահին, ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահին, ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում այցով գտնվող ավելի քան 20 բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց: Հայաստան այցելած օտարերկրյա այլ նախարարների, պաշտոնատար անձանց, մշակութային գործիչներ հետ ունեցել է 40 հանդիպում, ընդունել է 15 հավատարմագրվող դեսպաններ ի, հրաժեշտի հանդիպումներ է ունեցել 3 դեսպանների հետ: Սփյուռքի կառույցների, հայտնի սփյուռքահայերի հետ ունեցել է 20 հանդիպում: 2014 թվականին ՀՀ Նախագահն այցելել է հանրապետության բոլոր մարզերը, մասնակցել միջոցառումների, հանդես եկել ելույթներով: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս տվյալները Ազգային ժողովում պետական-իրավական հարցերի, ֆինանսավարկային եւ բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստի ժամանակ ներկայացրեց ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը: «Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հիմնական խնդիրներն են՝ պայմաններ ստեղծել նախագահին վերապահված լիազորությունների իրականացման համար, տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների պաշտոնատար անձանց մասնակցությունն օրինաստեղծ աշխատանքներին, փորձագիտական աշխատանքներին, օրենքների նախագծրի քննարկումներին մասնակցություն»,-ասաց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը: Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ 2014 թվականին նախագահի կողմից ստորագրվել է 489 օրենք, 170 պայմանագիր փորձաքննության է ենթարկվել, նախապատրաստվել է նույնքան տեղեկանք: Նախապատրաստվել ու ՀՀ նախագահի ստորագրմանն է ներկայացվ ել 687 հրամանագիր, 226 կարգադրություն, 911 ուղերձ, 121 լիազորագիր, նամակ ու այլն:

ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի Քաղաքացիների ընդունելության, դիմումների, բողոքների, առաջարկությունների բաժինը ստացել է 6 հազար 988 դիմում-բողոք, ընդունել 7 հազար 300 քաղաքացու:

Վիգեն Սարգսյանի խոսքով` ՀՀ նախագահի և աշխատակազմի գործունեության լուսաբանաման վերաբերյալ նախապատրաստվել է 625 հաղորգագրություն ԶԼՄ-ների համար, ՀՀ նախագահի պաշտոնական կայքում տեղադրվել է 938 նյութ, որոնց հաճախականությունը եղել է ամենօրյա: Կայք է այցելել մոտ 1 միլիոն 900 այցելու:

ՀՀ նախագահի նստավայր 2014-ին այցելել է 76 հանրակրթական հաստատություններից խմբեր, 1397 աշակերտ: Ի դեպ` 2013 թվականից այցելուների ծրագրում ներառվել են նաև մարզերի միջնակարգ դպրոցների աշակերտները:

Նախագահի կողմից ՀՀ շքանշաններով ու մեդալներով պարգևատրվել է 573 անձ, ՀՀ նախագահի մրցանականեր են շնորհվել 15 անձի, ՀՀ նախագահի երիտասարդական մրցանակ՝ 8 անձի, ՀՀ պատվավոր կոչումներ՝ 98 անձի, ՀՀ նախագահի շնորհակալագրերով պարգևագրվել է 72 անձ:
