Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ 2014 թվականի տարեվերջյան ցնցումները չեն ապակայունացրել ֆինանսական համակարգի գործունեությունը: Կենտրոնական բանկը վստահեցնում է, որ ֆինանսական համակարգը շարունակում է պահպանել կայունությունը, իսկ դրանում առկա ռիսկերը կառավարելի են:

Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի ֆինանսական կայունության և զարգացման վարչության անդամ Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանը ներկայացրեց ՀՀ ֆինանսական կայունության հաշվետվությունը` հայտնելով, որ Հայաստանի համար դեռևս շարունակում է արդիական մնալ հիմնական տնտեսական գործընկեր երկրների տնտեսական ակտիվության դանդաղումը, ինչը հանգեցրել է ՀՀ տնտեսական աճի նվազմանը:

«Չնայած դրան` 2014 թվականին Հայաստանի ֆինանսական համակարգը ցուցաբերել է աճի միտումներ` միաժամանակ պահպանելով կայունությունն ու անհրաժեշտ ճկունությունը: Ֆինանսական համակարգի ռիսկերը գտնվում են կառավարելի մակարդակում, իսկ բանկային համակարգը շարունակում է մնալ բավականին իրացվելի և կապիտալացված` տարբեր շոկային իրավիճակներում ռիսկերի ազդեցությունը կլանելու համար»,-  ասաց Գրիգորյանը:

ԿԲ ներկայացուցչի խոսքով` նախորդ տարի պահպանվել են ՀՀ տնտեսության և ֆինանսական կայունության վրա ազդող հիմնական ռիսկերը: «Միջազգային շուկաներում գունավոր մետաղների գների, ՀՀ-ից արտահանվող հիմնական ապրանքատեսակների նկատմամբ պահանջարկի, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ փոխանցվող մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների նվազումը նպաստել են տնտեսական աճի դանդաղեցմանը»,- ասաց նա: Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանը նշեց, որ դա առավել տեսանելի է եղել նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին` բացասաբար ազդելով նաև տնային տնտեսությունների եկամուտների վրա:

ՀՀ տնտեսական աճի ցածր մակարդակը պայմանավորված է եղել շինանարարության ճյուղի անկմամբ, արդյունաբերական ճյուղում աճի բացակայությամբ և մյուս ճյուղերրի աճի տեմպերի դանդաղմամբ:
