Զվարթնոցի գազալցակայանը մի քանի տարի խուսափել է փորձաքննությունից

Էջմիածնի մայրուղում` «Զվարթնոց» ռեստորանի մոտակայքում գտնվող գազալցակայանը, որտեղ առավոտյան տեղի է ունեցել պայթյուն, գործել է ապօրինի և չի անցել պետականորեն սահմանված փորձաքննությունը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց «Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ազգային կենտրոնի» տնօրենի տեղակալ Վոլոդյա Հովսեփյան հայտնեց: «Շահագործողները գազալց ակայանի հիմնումից հետո չեն դիմել փորձաքննության համար, այսինքն` գազալցակայանը շահագործվել է անօրինական կերպով: Տեսչությունը գնացել է այնտեղ, արձանագրություն է կազմել և արգելել շահագործումը, բայց նրանք շարունակել են շահագործել գազալցակայանը»,- ասաց Հովսյեփյանը:

«Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ազգային կենտրոնի» տնօրենի տեղակալի խոսքով` այսօր տեղի ունեցած պատահարից հետո իրենց սկսել են դժբախտ դեպքի տեխնիկական քննություն և մի քանի օրից պարզ կլինեն պայթյունի պատճառները:

Վոլոդյա Հովսեփյանը նաև հայտնեց, որ սահմանված օրենքով ոչ միայն գազալցակայանները, այլև բենզալցակայանները, հանքավայրերը, կռունկներն ու վերելակները շահագործողները պարտավոր են տարեկան առնվազն մեկ անգամ դիմել, որ իրենց մոտ կատարվի համապատասխան փորձաքննություն:

Մայիսի 26-ին, ժամը 09.52-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Էջմիածնի մայրուղում` «Զվարթնոց» ռեստորանի մոտակայքում գտնվող գազալցակայանում լիցքավորման սարքից տեղի է ունեցել պայթյուն. անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների օգնությունը: Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել երկու մարտական հաշվարկ, ՄՃԿԿ օպերատիվ խումբը և ջրատար: Երեք տուժածներ տեղափոխվել են ՀՀ ԱՆ Ճառագայթային բժշկության և այրվածքների գիտական կենտրոն: Նրանք Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր Հակոբ Հակոբյանի հարազատներն են: Հակոբ Հակոբյանի որդին` Արմեն Հակոբյանը, եւ եղբորորդին` Արմեն Ռաֆայելի Հակոբյանը, վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում են: Նրանց վիճակը ծանր է, ստացել են շատ լուրջ այրվածքներ` մարմնի տարբեր մասերի, այդ թվում` շնչուղիների: Երրորդ տուժածը Արթուր Գասպարյանն է, ով եւս շնչափողի այրվածքներ է ստացել` 15-25 տոկոս: Պայթյունի հետևանքով վնասվել է մոտակայքում կայանած «Ֆոլկսվագեն» մակնիշի 34QF306 պ/հ (վարորդ Ա. Հ. Հ.) ավտոմեքենայի բեռնախցիկը և հետնամասի անվադողերը: Հրդեհը մեկուսացվել է ժամը 10.37-ին, մարվել` 10.52-ին: Այրվել են կոմպրեսորային սենյակը և տանիքը ամբողջությամբ (10 ք.մ):
