Եվրամիության առաջատար երկրների բնակիչների զգալի մասը կարծում է, որ Հունաստանն ինքնուրույն պետք է մարի պարտքերը

«Սպուտնիկ. կարծիքներ» եւ  ICM Research բրիտանական հայտնի գործակալության անցկացրած հարցման արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Եվրոպական երկրների բնակչության 51 տոկոսը կարծում է, որ Հունաստանը պետք է պարտքերն ինքնուրույն մարի ՝ առանց Եվրամիության օգնության: Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ու Գերմանիայի բնակչության զգալի մասը, համապատասխանաբար` 62 և 69 տոկոսն այն կարծիքին է, որ Հունաստանն ինքը պետք է մարի սեփական պարտքերը: Նման դիրքորոշում ունեն հարցմանը մասնակցած ֆրանսիացիների 50 տոկոսը: Միանգամայն այլ կարծիք ունեն Հունաստանի բնակիչները: Պատասխանելով այն հարցին՝ թե ո՞վ պետք է վճարի Հունաստանի պարտքային պարտավորությունները, հարցվածների 55 տոկոսը պատասխանել է, որ պարտքերը պետք է չեղյալ համարել: Հույների ընդամենը 25 տոկոսն է կարծում, որ երկիրը պետք է ինքնուրույն վճարի պարտքերը: Ի դեպ, հարցվածների 8 տոկոսն էլ կարծում է, որ Հունաստանի պարտքերի համար պատասխանատվությունը պետք է կրի Եվրոպական կենտրոնական բանկը, Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամը, Եվրահանձնաժողովը, իսկ 6 տոկոսը վստահ է, որ Հունաստանի պարտքերը պետք է վճարի ամբողջ Եվրամիությունը:

Պատասխանելով այն հարցին՝ թե արդյոք արժե՞, որ Ձեր երկիրը հրաժարվի եվրոյից ու վերադառնա ազգային արժույթին, եվրոպացիների 53 տոկոսը պատասխանել է, որ պետք չէ նման քայլի դիմել: Եվրոյից հրաժարվելու ու ազգային արժույթին անցնելու կողմնակիցների ամենամեծ թիվը Գերմանիայում է: Հարցվածների 39 տոկոսը կարծում է , որ պետք է վերադառնալ գերմանական արժույթին: Հունաստանում ու Ֆրանսիայում դրանց թիվը կազմում է, համապատասխանաբար` 24 և 29 տոկոս: Հարցումը, որին մասնակցել է 4001 մարդ, անցկացվել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայում, Ֆրանսիայում, Գերմանիայում և Հունաստանում:

Ի՞նչ եզրակացություններ կարելի է անել այս հարցումներից: «Sputnik-Արմենիա» ռադիոկայանի հետ զրույցում քաղաքական հարցերով փորձագետ Մանվել Ղումաշյանը նշել է, որ հարցման արդյունքներում որեւէ արտասովոր բան չի տեսնում: «Ամեն ինչ շատ բնական է: Այն զարգացումները, որոնք տեղի են ունենում Հունաստանում և Եվրամիության այս առաջատար երկրներում, սպասելի են և կանխորոշում են այն քաղաքականությունը, որը վարում են այս երկրները: Շատ հետաքրքիր կլիներ, եթե հարցումն անցկացված լիներ Եվրամիության՝ Հունաստանի կարգի այլ երկրներում եւս: Այդ դեպքում կունենայինք լիարժեք պատկեր»,-նկատել է նա: Քաղաքագետի կարծիքով, անշուշտ, Հունաստանն ինքը պետք է մարի պարտքերը, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ նույն Եվրամիությունը չպետք է նրան օգնի այդ հարցում: Ղումաշյանը հավելել է նաեւ, որ եվրոպացիների համար անընդունելի կլինի պարտքերը չեղյալ համարելը, ինչը բնական է:

Փորձագետի դիտարկմամբ՝ գերմանացիները շատ լավ հասկանում են, որ իրենք են Եվրամիության լոկոմոտիվը` ինչ-որ տեղ այդ դերը կիսելով Ֆրանսիայի հետ: Հետեւաբար, բանախոսը բնական է համարում գերմանացիների արձագանքը՝ սեփական արժույթին վերադառնալու վերաբերյալ: «Այս տեսանկյունից, առավել ևս հաշվի առնելով համաշխարհային ճգնաժամը, մարդիկ բնական ռեակցիա են տալիս: Նրանք ասում եմ, որ երբ ավելի փակ համակարգ էր և աշխատում էին միայն իրենց համար, ավելի լավ էին ապրում: Ամեն դեպքում, այդ 39 տոկոսն ավելի շատ խոսում է գերմանացիների հանդուրժողականության մասին, քան թե ներկայացնում է ռեալ պատկերը: Իրականում, եթե հարցում լիներ պակաս տոլերանդ երկրում, ապա, համոզված եմ, այնտեղի արդյունքներն անգամ 50 տոկոսից բարձր կլինեին»,-ընդգծել է քաղաքագետը:
