Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանդիպել է Եվրոպական երիտասարդական պառլամենտի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ քաղաքապետը նախ կարևորել է կազմակերպության աշխատանքը` միտված երիտասարդության դերի բարձրացմանն ու գիտակից սերնդի պատրաստմանը, ընդգծելով, որ երիտասարդությունը հասարակության շարժիչ ուժն է և հենց երիտասարդներին է վերապահված երկրի կայուն զարգացման ու հզորացման պատասխանատու գործի շարունակականության ապահովումը:

Անդրադառնալով Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած Եվրոպական երիտասարդական պառլամենտի 2-րդ միջազգային համաժողովի հանդիսավոր բացմանը՝ Տարոն Մարգարյանն ընդգծել է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը պատրաստակամ է իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում աջակցելու նմանատիպ նախաձեռնությունների կյանքի կոչմանը:

«Մենք կարևորում ենք նմանատիպ համաժողովների անցկացումը, քանզի դրանց շնորհիվ հնարավոր է դառնում ապահովել ազգերի ու պետությունների միջև արդյունավետ շփումը, փորձի փոխանակումը, երկրների միջև բարեկամական և գործնական կապերի հաստատումը, ինչպես նաև զբոսաշրջության զարգացումը:

Առավել ողջունելի է երիտասարդների ակտիվությունը, և այդ համատեքստում մենք այսօր քաղաքային տարբեր ծրագրերի շրջանակում իսկապես արդյունավետ համագործակցություն ենք ծավալում հայաստանյան երիտասարդական կազմակերպությունների հետ: Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը մշտապես բաց և պատրաստակամ է՝ քննարկելու համագործակցության ցանկացած առաջարկ, նաև համատեղ ուժերով կյանքի կոչելու բոլոր այն նախաձեռնությունները, որոնք ի շահ մեր համաքաղաքացիների են: Համոզված եմ, որ Եվրոպական Երիտասարդական Պառլամենտի հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության հետ ևս կունենանք արդյունավետ համագործակցություն»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը:

Եվրոպական երիտասարդական պառլամենտի հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության նախագահ Հովսեփ Պատվականյանն իր հերթին, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Երևանի քաղաքապետին ջերմ ընդունելության համար, առանձնակի կարևորել է Տարոն Մարգարյանի մոտեցումները երիտասարդության ներուժը գնահատելու հարցում:
«Եվրոպական երիտասարդական պառլամենտի 2-րդ միջազգային համաժողովի հանդիսավոր բացումը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հարկի տակ կազմակերպելը մեզ համար իսկապես անչափ կարևոր էր և, պարոն քաղաքապետ, թույլ տվեք պառլամենտի բոլոր ներկայացուցիչների անունից շնորհակալություն հայտնել Ձեզ՝ նախաձեռնությանն աջակցելու համար: Վստահեցնում եմ, որ մենք ևս պատրաստակամ ենք ու մեծ սիրով և պատասխանատվությամբ կմասնակցենք քաղաքային բոլոր ծրագրերին», - նշել է Հովսեփ Պատվականյանը:

Հանդիպման շրջանակում քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը պատասխանել է նաև քաղաքի կառավարման վերաբերյալ Եվրոպական երիտասարդական պառլամենտի օտարերկրյա ներկայացուցիչներին հետաքրքրող հարցերին: Օգտվելով առիթից՝ հյուրերը քաղաքապետի հետ կիսվել են նաև Երևանից ստացած իրենց տպավորություններով՝ ընդգծելով, որ իսկապես սիրել են Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաքն ու պատրաստ են առաջին իսկ հնարավորության դեպքում կրկին այցելել Երևան:
