«ՀՀ կառավարության այսօր տեղի ունենալիք նիստի օրակարգում երեկ երեկոյան հայտնվեց մի ուշագրավ նախագիծ: Գործադիրը որոշել է վաճառքի հանել «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ-ն: Դրա համար կառավարությունը առաջարկում է լրացումներ կատարել «Պետական գույքի մասնավորեցման 2006-2007թթ. ծրագրի մասին ՀՀ օրենքում, որտեղ սեփականաշնորհման ենթակա օբյեկտների ցանկը պետք է լրացնել այդտեղ պետք է ավելանա «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ-ի անոնը: Ներկայումս «Հայփոստը» ամբողջությամբ պետական ընկերություն է 2006թ.-ին այն հավատարմագրային կառավարման է հանձնվել արգենտինահայ գործարար Էդուարդո Էռնեկյանին պատկանող «Հայփոստ Թրասթ Մենեջմենթ» ընկերությանը: 2012թ.-ին ՀՀ կառավարության և նշված ընկերության միջև կնքվել է նոր պայմանագիր, որով հավատարմագրային կառավարման ժամկետը երկարացվել է մինչև 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբեր:

Եվ հիմա գործադիրը ցանկանում է վաճառել «Հայփոստը»: Սրանում, թերևս, տարօրինակ ոչինչ չկա: Անցած տարիներին «Հայփոստը» նորմալ աշխատել է, Էռնեկյանի ընկերությունը նորմալ կառավարել է այն: Եվ այս տեսանկյունից, թերևս, բնական կլինի, որ հենց Էռնեկյանը դառնա իր կողմից տարիներ շարունակ կառավարվող «Հայփոստի» սեփականատերը: Սակայն «Հայփոստի» մասնավորեցման ընթացքը պետք է տարօրինակ համարել: Տարօրինակությունն այն է, որ կառավարությունը հանկարծ, կեսօրին ծագած ամպրոպի պես, որոշման նախագիծ է հրապարակում, որը մի քանի ժամ անց, առանց լուրջ քննարկումների, ընդունվելու է։ Իսկ մինչ այդ՝ որևէ պաշտոնյա, պետական որևէ կառույց ակնարկ անգամ չեն արել, որ կառավարությունը ուզում է վաճառել «Հայփոստը»:

Մի քանի օր առաջ՝ մայիսի 20-ին, ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ընդունել է Էդուարդո Էռնեկյանին, ու թերևս՝ կասկածից վեր է, որ «Հայփոստը» վաճառելու մասին հարցը քննարկվել է այդ հանդիպման ժամանակ: Սակայն հանդիպման մասին պատմող պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններում ակնարկ անգամ չկա «Հայփոստը» վաճառելու՝ կառավարության մտադրության մասին»,–գրում է թերթը։
