Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը (ԵԱՏՄ) մեծ ապագա ունի, չնայած այն դժվարություններին, որոնց այժմ հանդիպում Է, ԱՊՀ-ի մասնակից պետությունների պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարել Է Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաեւը:

ԵԱՏՄ-ն միջազգային ինտեգրացիոն տնտեսական միավորում Է, որն ստեղծվել Է Մաքսային միության եւ Միասնական տնտեսական տարածության հիմքի վրա եւ գործում Է ընթացիկ տարվա հունվարի 1-ից: Այժմ ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամներն են Ռուսաստանը, Հայաստանը, Բելառուսը եւ Ղազախստանը, իսկ մայիսի 29-ից դրանց կմիանա Ղրղզստանը:

«Համոզված եմ, որ այդ միությունը (ԵԱՏՄ) մեծ ապագա ունի, չնայած այօրվա դժվարություններին եւ միտումներին»,- ասել Է Նազարբաեւը:

Նա նաեւ նշել Է, որ այժմ այլընտրանք չի տեսնում, բացի ԱՊՀ-ի բոլոր երկրների ինտեգրացումից: «Միշտ ասել եմ եւ կարծում եմ, որ ԱՊՀ-ն շատ լավ ներուժ ունի: Կառավարությունների ղեկավարների բուն հանդիպումը մեծ արժեք ունի, բայց այժմ, երբ բոլորը ճգնաժամ են ապրում, շարունակվող գլոբալ ճգնաժամ, արտահանական ապրանքների գների իջեցում, այս ամենը պահանջում Է համատեղ աշխատանք եւ կոոպերացում Կարծում եմ, որ եթե վերանանք բոլոր քաղաքական իրադարձություններից, ապա ինտեգրամանն այլընտրանք չկա»,- հայտարարել Է Ղազախստանի նախագահը, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
