Աշխատանքային այցով Ղազախստանում գտնվող վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորած կառավարական պատվիրակությունն այսօր մասնակցել է Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստին: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նիստում ելույթով հանդես են եկել ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների վարչապետները:

Հայաստանի վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում, ինչ ստորագրվել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության համաձայնագիրը, որոշումների և համաձայնությունների իրականացման ընթացքը ցույց է տալիս, որ բոլոր մասնակիցների կողմից առկա է ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացները խորացնելու պատրաստակամություն: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի խոսքով՝ սերտ առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունները, ներդրումային և տեխնոլոգիական կապերը պետք է նպաստեն անդամ երկրների տնտեսությունների արդիականացմանը և մրցունակության բարձրացմանը: Հայաստանի վարչապետն անդրադարձել է օրակարգային մի շարք հարցերի՝ ներկայացնելով իր տեսակետները և առաջարկները: Կառավարության ղեկավարը ներկայացրել է իր մոտեցումները համագործակցության ընդլայնման հեռանկարների շուրջ:

Նիստի ընթացքում ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների կառավարությունների ղեկավարները քննարկել են ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում հետագա համագործակցության զարգացմանն ուղղված մոտ երկու տասնյակ հարցեր: Նիստի արդյունքում ստորագրվել և հավանության են արժանացել մի շարք փաստաթղթեր, որոնք ամրագրում են անդամ պետությունների փոխգործակցությունը տնտեսության բազմաթիվ ոլորտներում: Մասնավորապես, հաստատվել է թեթև արդյունաբերության զարգացման միջոցառումների ծրագիրը, որը նախատեսում է փոխշահավետ արդյունաբերական կոոպերացիայի զարգացման գործիքների կիրառմ ան միջոցով խթանել ոլորտում մրցունակ ապրանքների արտադրությունը: Հավանության է արժանացել ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետություններում գյուղատնտեսության համար մեքենաների և սարքավորումների արտադրության զարգացման համար պայմաններ ստեղծելու հարցը:

Քննարկվել են նաև մի շարք փաստաթղթերի նախագծեր, որոնց ընդունումը նախատեսված է Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի կողմից:

Որոշվել է Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի հաջորդ նիստն անցկացնել սեպտեմբերին Բելառուսում:

Նիստի ավարտին տեղի է ունեցել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության ստեղծմանը նվիրված փոստային հոբելյանական նամականիշների մարման արարողությունը:

Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստից հետո կայացել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների կառավարությունների ղեկավարների առանձնազրույցը Վիետնամի վարչապետ Նգուեն Տան Զունգի հետ, որից հետո ստորագրվել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների և Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետության միջև համաձայնագիրը:
