««Նաիրիտ» գործարանի ղեկավարությունը փորձում է «ձեռքերը լվանալ» Կապույտ լիճ տեղամասի խողովակները վաճառելու գործից: Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ նրանք հրավիրում են համակարգող խմբի անդամներին ու համոզում` ստորագրություն տալ, որ համաձայն են խողովակների վաճառքին: Հիմնական փաստարկն աշխատավարձերի պարտքի վճարումն է: Սակայն, մասնագետների պնդմամբ, այդ խողովակների վաճառքի դեպքում այլևս հնարավոր չի լինի «Նաիրիտի» վերագործարկումը: Այսինքն, եթե գործարանի հետ կապված իրապես լուրջ նպատակներ լինեին, այդ խողովակների վաճառքի հարցն ընդհանրապես չէր քննարկվի: Այժմ խնդիրն այն է, որ բաժնետիրոջ բացակայության պայմաններում, երբ բաժնետոմսերը շարունակում են գրավադրված մնալ ԱՊՀ Միջպետական բանկում, ո՛չ գործարանի ղեկավարությունը, ո՛չ էլ ՀՀ կառավարությունն իրավունք չունեն որևէ գույք վաճառել՝ առանց Բանկի թույլտվության:

 Իսկ թույլտվություն չկա: Եվ եթե նաիրիտցիներին համակարգող խումբը տա նման համաձայնություն, ապա հետագայում դա շատ լավ «ալիբի» կլինի՝ թե՛ վաճառքն արդարացնելու (եթե Բանկը հաշիվ պահանջի), և թե՛ վերագործարկման հարցն օրակարգից հանելու համար: Խողովակները վաճառելու գաղափարի հեղինակները հաշվի չեն առել նաև, որ համակարգող խմբի անդամները լիազորված չեն բոլոր նաիրիտցիների անունից նման համաձայնություն տալու կամ չտալու: Ընդ որում, այդ խողովակների վաճառքից ստացված գումարը չի բավականացնի նաիրիտցիների աշխատավարձի ամբողջ պարտքը մարելու համար: Կստացվի, որ այդպիսով կլուծեն միայն 1-2 ամսվա աշխատավարձի խնդիր ու հետո կմոռանան պարտքի մասին»,–գրում է թերթը։
