Հերմինե Ստեփանյան.Շատ չարաճճի եմ եղել եւ, նույնիսկ, հայտնի արտահայտություններ եմ ունեցել, որոնք մինչեւ հիմա էլ հիշում ու օգտագործում են մեր ընտանիքում, օրինակ` “ես կծող եմ, ես ծեծող եմ, ես քաշող եմ”: Կյանքիս առաջին 6 տարին ապրել եմ Գանձաքարում` անտառների  մեջ, գետի ափին, ու միշտ տնից փախուստներ էի կազմակերպում, իսկ իմ ավազակախմբի մեջ քույրս ու մեր հարեւանի աղջիկն էին լինում: Բայց ամեն անգամ, երբ խորանում էինք անտառի մեջ, իրենք լացում էին, եւ հետ էինք գալիս:

Արփինե Իսրայելյան.Կյանքիս ամենաջերմ ու երջանիկ տարիներն էին: Բավական ակտիվ ու արկածախնդիր եմ եղել: Մանկությանս տարիներն ավելի պարզ ու հստակ եմ հիշում. երբ 3 տարեկան էի, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում էինք` մորաքրոջս ընտանիքի հետ: Մի օր ես ու եղբայրս, ով 5 տարեկան էր, վաղ առավոտյան, երբ դեռ բոլորը քնած էին, դուրս եկանք տնից եւ ուղեւորվեցինք դեպի Նեւա գետ, որը բավական հեռու էր: Հասնելով` հանեցինք մեր կոշիկներն ու մտանք գետը, որտեղ ժամեր անց մեզ գտան մեր անհանգստացած ու բարկացած ծնողները:):
