Սեռական առողջության համաշխարհային օրվա խորհուրդը հասարակության լայն շերտերին սեռական առողջության կարևորության մասին հայտնելն է: Այս մասին սեպտմբերի 4-ին կայացած ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտնեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության գլխավոր սեքսապաթոլոգ Արամ Հակոբյանը` կարևոր տեղաշարժեր մատնանշելով նաև հայաստանյան հասարակության գիտակցության մեջ: «Վերջին վեց-յոթ տարիներին սեքապաթոլոգին կանանց դիմելիության տոկո սը բարձրացել է: Այնպիսի խնդիրներն են ի հայտ գալիս, որոնք առաջներում չէին էլ քննարկվում: Մենք նկատում ենք նաև, որ նորապսակ ամուսնական զույգեր դիմում են բժշկի: Եթե առաջներում կանանք անհարմար էին զգում այցելել սեքսոլոգիական կլինիկա, ապա վերջին տարիներին զույգերով դիմելիության տոկոսն է բարձրացնել: Եթե նրանք ցանկանում են միասին հասնել խնդրի լուծման, լիովին բուժվելու հավանականությունը 90-95 տոկոս է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Արամ Հակոբյանը:
«Սեքսուալ առողջության պաշտպանություն» ՀԿ տնօրեն Ռուզաննա Ազատյանը ևս հայ հասարակության ընկալումներում փոփոխություն է նկատում: «2001 թվականից մինչ օրս աճել է թե ամուսնական զույգերի դիմելիությունը, թե դեռահասների, երբ ծնողները, ուշադիր լինելով, երեխաների մոտ նկատում են վարքային, հոգեբանական խնդիրներ ու դիմում մեզ: Մենք էլ, մեր հերթին, կազմակերպում ենք սեմինարներ, գիտաժողովներ թե Երևանում, թե Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում ու բարձրացնում մարդկանց իրազեկվածությունը»,-ասաց Ռուզաննա Ազատյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` ներկայում Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հետ աշխատում են մի ծրագրի շուրջ, որով ուսումնասիրում են ծխախոտի ծխի ազդեցությունը սեռական և վերարտադրողական առողջության վրա: «Ինչի շրջանակում ևս լուսաբանվում է սեռական առողջության պրոֆիլակտիկայի և ճիշտ ժամանակին խնդիրները ճանաչելու և դիմելու կարևորությունը»,-նշեց բանախոսը:
Նրա տեղեկացմամբ` վերջին շրջանում ավելացել է նաև Հայաստանի տարբեր շրջաններից, հեռավոր գյուղերից դիմողների թիվը:
