Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի Հայեցակարգային գրասենյակի ղեկավար Տ. Բագրատ եպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը կարծում է, որ «խոսքի ազատության» և «հոգեորսության» ընկալումներում բախում կա: Ըստ նրա` հոգեորսությունը խոսքի ազատության իրավունքի ներքո շատ հաճախ է իրացվում, այդ նպատակով` հոգեորսությունը հստակ սահմանելու անհրաժեշտություն կա: Այս մասին հոգևորականը խոսեց ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի Գերագույն մարմնի նախաձեռնությամբ անցկացվող «Հոգևոր անվտանգություն. մարտահրավերներ, խնդիրներ» թեմայով կլոր սեղան-քննարկման ժամանակ:

Բագրատ Սրբազանը նշեց, որ կրոնական շարժումների ներթափանցումը այս կամ այն երկիր, մեծամասամբ ուղղված է համակարգերը խարխլելուն, ինչը տեսանելի է նաև պատմությունից: «Վաղուց` նախամարդու հետ եկած ընկալում կա, որ տիրապետության համար ոչ միայն քաղաքական համակարգերը, զենքերն են, որ կարողանում են գերել մարդկանց, այլ հոգևոր տարբեր համակարգերի ներդրումը մարդկանց մեջ»,- ասաց Տ. Բագրատ եպիոսկոպոս Գալստանյանը` հավելելով, որ Հայաստանում կրոնական շարժումների մեծ մասն ուղղված է համակարգերը խարխլել ուն:

Նրա կարծիքով` Հայաստանում կրոնական շարժումների գործունեության դաշտը կանոնակարգման կարիք ունի: Կրոնական կազմակերպություններն օրենքում նույն հարթության մեջ են` անկախ հասարակական կյանքում նրանց ունեցած ներդրումից, պատմական ժամանակաշրջանից, գործունեության վաղեմության շրջանից: «Դաշտը կարգավորված չէ, դրա համար էլ առաջանում են խնդիրներ: Պատշաճ մեխանիզմներ չկան, ժամանակին, հիշում եմ, հնչեցին կոչեր կրոնական ոստիկանություն ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ, մեկնաբանությունները տարբեր եղան: Կարծում եմ, որ դա նշանակում էր ոստիկականական համակարգում լիներ այնպիսի բաժին, որը որոշակի կարգավորիչ ու վերահսկող դեր ունենար կրոնական շարժումների գործունեության առումով»,-ասաց Բագրատ Սրբազանը: Հոգևորականը նկատեց, որ կրոնական շարժումների հարցը չլուծված է մնում հետխորհրդային երկրներում, այդ թվում` Հայաստանում: Միևնույն ժամանակ նա շեշտադրեց, որ Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին չի գործում ընդդեմ կրոնական շարժման, այլ իրականացնում է հոգևոր քարոզչության ընդլայնման գործունեություն:

Բագրատ Սրբազանը փաստեց, որ որքան մարդիկ անդամակցում են այս կամ այն կրոնական կազմակերպություններին, աղանդավորական շարժումներին, նույնքան էլ դուրս են գալիս այդտեղից:  «Ինչու են մտնում` բազմաթիվ պատճառներով` տնտեսական, քաղաքական և բնականաբար` հոգևոր պատճառներով»,-ասաց նա` հավելելով, որ Հայ եկեղեցին բազմաշերտ հարձակումների ներքո է, ինչը բնորոշ է բոլոր հասարակություններին: «Հասարակությունների մեջ հոգևոր ամրոցը կարևոր դերակատարություն ունի, դրա համար էլ մեծ չափով իրականանում է այդ ամրոցի խախլումը»,-նշեց Տ. Բագրատ եպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը:
