Շիրակի Մարզի  ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում մեկնարկել է Հարություն Գրիգորյանի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը: Գյումրու մանկավարժական ինստիտուտի ռեկտոր Վարդևան Գրիգորյանի եղբայր  Հարություն Գրիգորյանն սպանվել էր 2014 թվականի հուլիսի 24-ին՝ Գետք գյուղի լքված անասնագոմի տարածքում: Հանցագործությունը կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվում է Շիրակի մարզի ռազմական ոստիկանությ ան քրեական հետախուզության արդեն նախկին պետ Արման Կաթունյանը, որին՝ խանդի հողի վրա կատարած սպանության համար մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել դիտավորյալ սպանության` ՀՀ ՔՕ 104  հոդվածով: Ավելի ուշ, նախաքննությամբ ձեռքբերված ապացույցների հիման վրա և դատահոգեբանական ու դատահոգեբուժական փորձաքննության արդյունքում, մեղադրանքը վերաորակավորվել  է՝ կուտակային հոգեբանական խիստ հուզման՝ աֆեկտի պահին կատարված հանցագործության՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ  105 հոդվածի հատկանիշով: Սա հիմք է հանդիսացել մեղադրական հոդվածի և, ինքնաբերաբար, նաև խափանման միջոցի փոփոխության:    Արման Կաթունյանը, վերաորակավորման շնորհիվ, արդեն մեկ ամիս է, ինչ կալանքի տակ չի գտնվում: 

Ի դեպ, ինչպես լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց տուժողի իրավահաջորդի շահերի պաշտպան Թամարա Յայլոյանը, անչափ կարևոր է հանցանքի վերաորակավորման խնդիրը, որն, ըստ տուժողի իրավահաջորդի շահերի պաշտպանների, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը՝ հաշվի առնելով մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ պատճառով  արարաքի վերորակավորման հարցով միջնորդություններ կներկայացվեն դատարանին:

«Նման միջնորդությամբ վերջիններս հանդես են եկել նաև նախաքննության ընթացքում, որը մերժվել է»,- լրագրողներին տեղեկացրեց Արման Կաթունյանի շահերի պաշտպան Երվանդ Վարոսյանը:

Նա նաև ընդգծեց, որ փորձագետի եզրակացությունը հիմնավորված է, և արարքի վերաորակավորումը՝ ճիշտ:

Դատական այս  նիստին ներկայացել էին ամբաստանյալ Արման Կաթունյանը« նրա փաստաբանները և տուժողի իրավահաջորդի շահերի պաշտպաններից մեկը՝ Թամարա Յայլոյանը: Դատական նիստին չէին ներկայացել գործով տուժողի իրավահաջորդ Նելլի Օհանյանը՝ Հարություն Գրիգորյանի կինը և նրա մյուս փաստաբանը՝ Լիպարիտ Սիմոնյանը: Նրանց բացակայությունը հաշվի առնելով՝ Թամարա Յայլոյանը միջնորդեց դատարանին հետաձգել նիստը: Դատարանի որոշմամբ՝ սույն գործով հաջորդ նիստը տեղափոխվեց հունիսի 18-ը:
