Հայաստանի և Սերբիայի ԱԳ նախարարությունները պարբերաբար քաղաքական խորհրդակցություններ կանցկացնեն

 Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հունիսի 3-ին հանդիպել է ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Սերբիայի առաջին փոխվարչապետ և արտգործնախարար Իվիցա Դաչիչին։ Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտգործնախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, հանդիպումը մեկնարկել է երկկողմ ձևաչափով, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են հայ-սերբական օրակարգի հարցերը։

Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանը կարևորել է երկկողմ և բազմակողմ ձևաչափով հաճախակի հանդիպումները, որոնք միջպետական հարաբերություններում բարձր մակարդակի խոսուն վկայությունն են։

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության և հյուրընկալության համար՝ նախարար Դաչիչը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը և Սերբիան եղբայրական պետություններ են, և կարևորել է երկկողմ հարաբերությունների հետագա ընդլայնումն ու ամրապնդումը։

Երկուստեք կարևորվել է Հայաստանին և Սերբիային կապող դարավոր բարեկամությունը։ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը նշել է, որ այդ բարեկամության գործնական դրսևորումը Սերբիայի Նախագահ Տոմիսլավ Նիկոլիչի մասնակցությունն էր Երևանում Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումներին:

Նախարարները քննարկել են երկկողմ համագործակցության զարգացման և ընդլայնման նպատակով ձեռնարկվելիք քայլերը։ Գոհունակությամբ արձանագրվել է, որ գործնական քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման համար։ Անդրադարձ է արվել Երևանում և Բելգրադում դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների հիմնադրման, իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի ընդլայնմանը, մուտքի արտոնագրային ռեժիմի ազատականացման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքներին։

Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են առևտրատնտեսական, մշակութային, միջխորհրդարանական կապերի ակտիվացման հետ կապված հարցեր։

Երկկողմ ձևաչափով հանդիպումից հետո Հայաստանի և Սերբիայի արտգործնախարարները ստորագրել են երկու երկրների ԱԳՆ-ների միջև փոխգործակցության մասին հուշագիր, որով նախատեսվում է պարբերական քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունների անցկացում:

Այնուհետև տեղի թ ունեցել ԵԱՀԿ ձևաչափով հանդիպումը՝ ԵԱՀԿ քարտուղարության և սերբական նախագահության ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ։

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարի և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի բանակցություններին քննարկվել են կազմակերպության օրակարգային հարցերը։ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը վերահաստատել է Հայաստանի աջակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ-ում սերբական առաջնայնությունների իրականացմանը:

Իվիցա Դաչիչը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի իշխանությունների և ԵԱՀԿ տարբեր կառույցների, այդ թվում՝ կազմակերպության երևանյան գրասենյակի միջև հաստատված արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը։

Քննարկվել են ԵԱՀԿ տարածաշրջանի հրատապ խնդիրները։ Անդրադարձ է արվել ուկրաինական ճգնաժամին, դրա հանգուցալուծմանն ուղղված ԵԱՀԿ քայլերին, շեշտվել է Մինսկի պայմանավորվածությունների իրագործման անհրաժեշտությունը։ 
Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են Բելգրադում տարվա վերջին կայանալիք ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական խորհրդի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները։

Հանգամանալից քննարկվել է ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացը, այդ ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերը։ Իվիցա Դաչիչը վերահաստատել է սերբական նախագահության անվերապահ աջակցությունը Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին։
