Եվրոպական արբիտրաժային պալատի կողմից մայիսի 27-ից 31-ը Փարիզում և Ստրասբուրգում ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչների, ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ դատավորների, ինչպես նաև նոտարների համար կազմակերպվել էին ուսումնական դասընթացներ:

Այցելության ընթացքում մասնակիցները ծանոթացել են Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի, Եվրոպական արբիտրաժային պալատի, Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային Ժողովի աշխատանքներին, հանդիպել են ԵԽ-ում ՀՀ Մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Պապիկյանին, Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի քարտուղարությունում իրավաբան Արա Շահզադեյանին, ինչպես նաև Եվրոպական արբիտրաժային պալատի անդամ-հիմնադիր և Եվրակոնսուլ փարիզյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար, դոկտոր Գռեյս Ավիդորին:

Արա Շահզադեյանի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են ՄԻԵԴ դիմելու ընթացակարգի առանձնահատկությունները, ժամկետների փոփոխմանն առնվող հարցեր, ՀՀ-ից ՄԻԵԴ ներկայացվող գործերը, ինչպես նաև նախադեպային իրավունքի հիմնարար հարցեր:

ՀՀ Մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Պապիկյանի հետ մտքեր են փոխանակվել Հայաստան-ԵԽ հարաբերությունների, Եվրոպայի խորհրդի օրակարգային հարցերի, ՄԻԵԴ վճիռների կատարման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ:

Այցի շրջանակում դատավորներին և նոտարներին ընդունել է Եվրոպական Արբիտրաժային Պալատի հիմնադիր-անդամ, Ավիգդոր Գրեյսը: Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձել են Ֆրանսիայի դատական համակարգին, ինչպես նաև Եվրոպայում վեճերի այլընտրանքային լուծման կառուցակարգերին:

Այցի ավարտին մասնակիցներին շնորհվել են Եվրոպական նմուշի հատուկ հավաստագրեր:
