Ֆինանսների նախարարը չի բացառում ԵԱՏՄ միասնական մաքսատուրքերից ՀՀ- ի բաժնի նվազումը

ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը չի բացառում, որ երրորդ երկրներից Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության տարածք ներմուծված ապրանքների ընդհանուր մաքսատուրքերից Հայաստանի համար ակնկալվող գումարի չափը կնվազի: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նախարարը նշեց, որ դա պայմանավորված է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրների տնտեսական վատ վիճակով:

«Բնականաբար, ընդհանուր մաքսատուրքերից մեր մասնաբաժինը կարող է նվազել: Եվ դա բնական է, քանի որ տեսնում եք, որ Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները շարունակվում են, իսկ այդ դեպքում մաքսատուրքերը չեն կարող ավելանալ»,- ընդգծեց Խաչատրյանը:

Հարցին, թե տարվա կտրվածքով որքա՞ն գումար կստանա Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ ընդհանուր մաքսատուրքերից, նախարարը դժվարացավ հստակ պատասխանել:

Նա նշեց,  որ աշխարհում տնտեսական  շատ բարդ իրավիճակ է, ինչը չի կարող չանդրադառնալ Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա: «Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը շատ զգայուն է, և դուք գիտեք, որ մենք ներմուծման և արտահանման առումով կապված ենք Ռուսաստանի հետ, իսկ Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները չեն կարող չազդել մեր երկրի տնտեսության վրա: Սակայն դրական է այն, որ մենք այս տարվա 5 ամիսների ընթացքում կարողացել ենք հարկային եկամուտներ ապահովել՝ չնայած տնտեսակակն բարդ իրավիճակին»,- շեշտեց նախարարը:

Երրորդ երկրներից Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության տարածք ներմուծվող ապրանքների մաքսատուրքերի 1.13 տոկոսը պետք է բաժին հասներ Հայաստանին: ՀՀ Կառավարությունում ակնկալում էին, որ 2015թ. վերջին ընդհանուր մաքսատուրքերից Հայաստանը կստանար 250 միլիոն դոլար:
