Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը ոչ մի կերպ չի տուժելու Իրան-Հայաստան գազատարի վերջին հատվածը «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությանը վաճառելու դեպքում: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի Արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը: «Սպասենք, գործարքը կավարտվի, հետո ձևավորվի արդյունքների վերբերյալ վերջնական մոտեցում: Վերջին հատվածը տալը չէ խնդիրը, այստեղ կառավարման խնդիր Õ §: Բնականաբար, կարծում եմ, որ համակարգային մոտեցումներ են ցուցաբերվում խնդիրների նկատմամբ: Հայաստանի շահերն ու էներգետիկ անվտանգության հարցերը դրանից չեն տուժում»,- շեշտեց Արտակ Զաքարյանը:

Հարցին ի պատասխան, թե այդ դեպքում հնարավոր է, որ Իրանից գազ ստանալու հնարավորությունը դժվարանա` պաշտոնյան նշեց. «Ձեր կարծիքով՝ այդ խողովակն ո՞ւր է գնում: Եթե փոխվեց ինչ-որ բան, դա չի նշանակում, որ խողովակի ուղղությունը փոխվեց»:

Լրագրողի դիտարկմանը, թե «այդ դեպքում խողովակի օգտագործումը կդժվարանա, օրինակ, հայկական կողմից կարող են լրացուցիչ գումարներ պահանջվել խողովակի օգտագործման համար», Արտակ Զաքարյանը պատասխանեց. «Չեմ կարծում, մի շտապեք կանխագուշակումներ ու խնդիրներ տեսնել մի գործընթացի մեջ, որը վերջնական ավարտ դեռևս չունի: Հստակ է մի բան` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էներգետիկ անվտանգության խնդիրները որևէ կերպ չեն տուժելու»:

Լրատվամիջոցներից մեկում հայտնվել է տեղեկատվություն, ըստ որի՝ Էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ Արա Սիմոնյանը հայտնել է, որ Իրան-Հայաստան գազատարի Մեղրի-Քաջարան հատվածը վաճառվում է ռուսական «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությանը։ Նախնական պայմանագիրն արդեն կնքված է։
