ԼՂՀ ԱԺ հանձնաժողովներն ամփոփել են նախորդ տնտեսական տարին

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի արտադրության եւ արտադրական ենթակառուցվածքների հարցերի եւ ֆինանսաբյուջետային ու տնտեսական կառավարման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովները հունիսի 3-ին համատեղ նիստ են գումարել: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ ԱԺ մամուլի ծառայությունից, նիստը վարել են համապատասխան հանձնաժողովների նախագահներ Արպատ Ավանեսյանը եւ Ռուսլան Իսրայելյանը:

Օրակարգում են եղել ԼՂՀ գյուղատնտեսության, քաղաքաշինության, արտադրական ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունների, ԿԱ անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի, ԿԱ շրջակա միջավայրի եւ բնական ռեսուրսների վարչության, ԿԱ քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի վարչության, Հանրային ծառայությունները եւ տնտեսական մրցակցությունը կարգավորող պետական հանձնաժողովի, Արցախի ներդրումային հիմնադրամի, Գյուղի եւ գյուղատնտեսության աջակցության հիմնադրամի 2014 թվականի պետական բյուջեի կատարողականի տարեկան հաշվետվության քննարկումները։

Քաղաքաշինության նախարար Կարեն Շահրամանյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ 2014 թվականին կապիտալ ներդրումների պետական պատվերի ծավալը նախատեսված 11 մլրդ 200 մլն դրամի փոխարեն կազմել է 14 մլրդ 341 մլն դրամ` պետբյուջեից ստանալով լրացուցիչ ֆինանսավորում:

Արտադրական ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Հակոբ Ղահրամանյանի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՆԱ-ում ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության մասը կազմում է 16-17%: Պետբյուջեից նախատեսվել է 240 մլն դրամ, որն ամբողջությամբ ֆինանսավորվել է:

Ինչպես հայտնել է ԿԱ անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Մաքսիմ Ալեքսանյանը, պետբյուջեով նախատեսվել է 308 մլն 293 հազար դրամի հատկացում: Այդ միջոցներից իրականացվել է 11 ծրագիր` 279 մլն 581 հազար դրամի չափով:

Իսկ Շրջակա միջավայրի եւ բնական ռեսուրսների վարչության պետի տեղակալ Արմեն Ավագյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ ոլորտի բյուջետային ծախսերին ուղղված ընդհանուր պլանավորված գումարը կազմել է 550 մլն դրամ, փաստացի կատարողականը`  515 մլն 917 հազ. դրամ:

Հանրային ծառայությունները եւ տնտեսական մրցակցությունը կարգավորող պետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Միքայել Վիրաբյանի հաղորդմամբ՝ հանձնաժողովի տարեկան հաստատված պլանը կազմել է շուրջ 106 մլն դրամ, իսկ տարեկան ճշտված պլանով՝ 125.5 մլն դրամ:

ԿԱ  քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի վարչության պետ Դմիտրի Աթբաշյանի ներկայացրած տվյալներով՝ 2014 թվականի նախատեսված ծախսերը կազմել են 303 մլն դրամ, որի փաստացի կատարողականը կազմել է 83 տոկոս:

Ներդրումային հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Մհեր Մխիթարյանի ներկայացմամբ՝ պետական բյուջեից հատկացվել է 2 մլրդ 500 հազար ՀՀ դրամ:
