ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանի հրամանով ավտոգազալիցքավորման ճնշակայաններում ուսումնասիրություններ կատարելու համար ստեղծված աշխատանքային խմբերի իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում (հունիսի 4-ի դրությամբ)՝ երկու ԱԳԼՃԿ-երի նկատմամբ («Էլսի սթիլ» ՍՊԸ և «ԳԱՕՄ գրուպ» ՓԲԸ), հրդեհային անվտանգության պահանջների խախտման համար դադարեցվել է դրանց հետագա շահագործումը:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, տասնյոթ ԱԳԼՃԿ-ների համար կազմվել են արձանագրություններ՝ հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները չկատարելու կամ խախտելու վերաբերյալ, իսկ դրանցից վեցն արդեն իսկ ենթարկվել են վարչական տուգանքի:

Երկու ԱԳԼՃԿ-ներում կազմվել են արձանագրություններ՝ «Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ապահովման պետական կարգավորման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի պահանջներին չհամապատա սխանելու վերաբերյալ:

Ուսումնասիրված բոլոր օբյեկտների ղեկավարներին տրվել են կարգադրագրեր՝ հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները պահպանելու և առկա թերությունները վերացնելու համար: Նրանց իրազեկել են նաև հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության ոլորտի օրենսդրության հիմնական պահանջների, դրանց կատարման համար պարտականությունների, ինչպես նաև չկատարման դեպքում՝ ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված պատասխանատվության միջոցների մասին:
