Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ներկայությամբ կառավարությունում այսօր ստորագրվել է «Որոտան հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համալիր» ընկերության գույքի առքուվաճառքի փոփոխված և լրամշակված պայմանագիր` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, «Որոտան հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համալիր», «Քոնթուր գլոբալ հիդրոկասկադ», «Քոնթուր գլոբալ տերրա հոլդինգս» և «Սի-Ջի սոլյուշնս գլոբալ հոլդինգ քամփնի» ընկերությունների միջև:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, փաստաթուղթն ստորագրել են ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանը, «Որոտան հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համալիր» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Սասուն Խաչատրյանը, «Քոնթուր գլոբալ հիդրոկասկադ» և «Քոնթուր գլոբալ տերրա հոլդինգս» ընկերությունների լիազորված անձ/ներկայացուցիչ, ինչպես նաև «Սի-Ջի սոլյուշնս գլոբալ հոլդին գ քամփնի» ընկերության գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Ջոզեֆ Բրանդտը:    

Մինչ ստորագրման արարողությունը, վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդունել է «Սի-Ջի սոլյուշնս գլոբալ հոլդինգ քամփնի» ընկերության գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Ջոզեֆ Բրանդտին: Կառավարության ղեկավարը ողջունել է «Որոտան հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համալիր» ընկերության գույքի առքուվաճառքի պայմանագրի ստորագրումը` որպես երկկողմ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ կարևոր քայլ: Երկու երկրների տնտեսական կապերի ընդլայնման համատեքստում վարչապետը կարևորել է նաև մայիսին Վաշինգտոնում «Առևտրի և ներդրումների մասին շրջանակային համաձայնագրի» ստորագրումը, որը բարենպաստ պայմաններ է ստեղծում ներդրումների ներգրավման, ապրանքաշրջանառության և առևտրի խրախուսման համար:

Ջոզեֆ Բրանդտն աննախադեպ է համարել «Որոտան հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համալիր» ընկերության գույքի առքուվաճառքի պայմանագրի ստորագրումը և ընդգծել, որ իրենք շահագրգռված են մեծածավալ ներդրումներ կատարել` Որոտան հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համալիրի արդիականացման և լիարժեք գործարկման համար:

Կողմերը փոխադարձ շնորհակալություն են հայտնել արդյունավետ աշխատանքի համար և երկուստեք վերահաստատել կառուցողական ու թափանցիկ գործընկերությունը շարունակելու պատրաստակամությունը:
