ՀՀ-ում գրանցված կարմրուկի 7 դեպքը կապված է Եվրոպայից և ՌԴ-ից ժամանած վարակակիրների հետ

Պատվաստումը կարմրուկի կանխարգելման միակ անվտանգ և արդյունավետ միջոցն է: Այս մասին զգուշացնում է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2015 թ. մայիս-հունիսին արձանագրվել է լաբորատոր հետազոտությամբ հաստատված կարմրուկի 7 դեպք: Վարակի դեպքերը կապված են Եվրոպայից և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից ժամանած հիվանդ անձանց հետ:

 Կարմրուկով վարակված հիվանդներից  5-ը կարմրուկի դեմ ընդհանրապես պատվաստումներ չունեն, իսկ 2-ը՝ թերի են պատվաստված: Նրանցից 5-ը 2-7 տարեկան երեխաներ են, իսկ մյուս 2-ըˋ 24 և 38 տարեկան մեծահասակներ:

«Միայն ժամանակին և լիարժեք պատվաստումները կարող են կանխել հիվանդությունը և հանրապետությունում կարմրուկի վիրուսի հետագա տարածումը»,-  լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ՀՀառողջապահության նախարարության հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնիգլխավոր տնօրենի խորհրդական, «Իմունականխարգելման ազգային ծրագրի&raq uo; ղեկավար ԳայանեՍահակյանըˋ հավելելով, որ մեր բնաչկության  97 տոկոսը պատվաստվում է:

Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ չպատվաստված խումբն էլ հետագայում դառնում է թիրախ վարակի տարածման համար:

ՀՀ պատվաստումների ազգային օրացույցով նախատեսվում է երկու դեղաչափ համակցված ԿԿԽ (կարմրուկ-կարմրախտ-խոզուկ) պատվաստում՝ 12 ամսականում և 6 տարեկանում: Կարմրուկի դեմ կայուն և լիարժեք պաշտպանություն ապահովելու նպատակով անհրաժեշտ է առնվազն երկու դեղաչափ պատվաստում: 

ՀՀ գլխավոր ինֆեկցիոնիստ, «Նորք» ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցի տնօրեն Արա Ասոյանի խոսքով, թեև կարմրուկի կամ ջրծաղիկի երկրորդ դեպքի կրկնությունը տեսականորեն հավանական է, սակայն գործնականում նման դեպք չի գրանցվել: «Կարմրուկի խորացման հետևանքով  ամենավտանգավորը կարմրուկային թոքաբորբի առաջացումն է: Այս տարի գրանցված  կարմրուկի բոլոր 7 դեպքերն արդեն առողջացել են»,-ասաց Ասոյանը:

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի տնօրեն գլխավոր Արտավազ Վանյանի խոսքովˋ վերջին տարիներին մի շարք եվրոպական երկրներում և հարևան Վրաստանում կարմրուկով վարակվածության դեպքերի աշխուժազում է նկատվում:

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը հորդորում է բնակչությանը. «Եթե Ձեր երեխան կարմրուկի դեմ պատվաստված չէ կամ թերի է պատվաստված, դիմեք Ձեզ սպասարկող պոլիկլինիկա կամ ամբուլատորիա։ Պատվաստումը, հատկապես շրջագայությունից առաջ, Ձեր և Ձեր երեխայի առողջության պահպանման, բարդություններից խուսափելու և բռնկումները կանխելու միակ անվտանգ և արդյունավետ միջոցն է»:
