Համայնքների խոշորացման դեպքում մանկապարտեզներն ու դպրոցներն իրենց համայնքներից չեն տեղափոխվելու

 Հայաստանում համայնքների խոշորացման պիլոտային ծրագրի իրականացմանը զուգահեռ չի նախատեսվում դպրոցների և մանկապարտեզների տեղափոխություն: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից հայտարարեց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը` պատասխանելով ՕԵԿ-ական Հեղինե Բիշարյանի հարցին: «Մենք վարչապետի հանձնարարականով մարզերում աշխատանքներ ենք տանում միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ մանկապարտեզների ուղղությամբ: Ներկ³յում 562 մանկապարտեզ կա Հայաստանում: Երեք մարզերի` Տավուշի, Լոռիի և Սյունիքի 22 համանքներում իրականցնում ենք խոշորացման պիլոտային ծրագրեր, բոլոր տեղերում, որտեղ կան մանկապարտեզներ, այնտեղ էլ մնալու են, ավելի լավ վիճակի են բերվելու: Իհարկե, կան փոքրիկ գյուղեր, որտեղ բնակվում է 30-40 մարդ, կա 1-2 երեխա, այնտեղ մոտեցումը լինելու է այն, որ ճանապարհները ասֆալտապատենք միջազգային կազմերպությունների հետ, որպեսզի փոքրիկ միկրոավտոբուսներով այդ երեխաներին տանենք համայնքային կենտրոններ: Խոշորացման ծրագրի շրջանակներում մանկապարտեզները, դպրոցները մնաÉու են»,- հայտնեց Արմեն Երիցյանը:

Նա նաև նշեց, որ եվրոպական ու ամերիկյան փոքրիկ մանկապարտեզների կառուցման մոդելն են ընտրելու: Թեթև կանստրուկցիաներով փոքրիկ մանկապարտեզները կլինեն գեղեցիկ, էժան ու որակով և հնարավորություն կտան փոքրիկ գյուղերին ապահովել մանկապարտեզներով:

Ինչ վերաբերում է մարզերում մանկապարտեզներն անվճար դարձնելուն, ապա Արմեն Երիցյանը հայտնեց, որ դա կախված է համայնքային բյուջեներից: «Միայն կառուցելը չէ, պահպանման ծախսեր էլ կան: Յուրաքանչյուր մանկապարտեզի պահպանման ծախսերը 4-8 միլիոն դրամ է»,-ասաց նախարարը:

Պատգամավորն առաջարկեց մարզերում և մայրաքաղաքում որոշ դպրոցների շենքերի առաջին հարկը դարձնել մանկապարտեզ` հաշվի առնելով, որ ներկայում այդ դպրոցներում չկան շատ աշակերտներ: «Ես եղել եմ բոլոր մարզերում, խնդրին ծանոթ եմ, համաձայն եմ, որ կան դպրոցներ, որոնք շատ մեծ են` համեմատած աշակերտների թվի հետ: Որոշ մարզերում հանձնարարական կա մարզպետներին, թե որ դպրոցներ կարող ենք տեղափոխել մանկապարտեզների մի մասը: Նույնը Երևանին է վերաբերում, առաջարկն ընդունելի է»,-ի պատասխան` ասաց Արմեն Երիցյանը:
