Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի պատվիրակները մասնակցել են HELP ծրագրի տարեկան համաժողովին

 Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի պատվիրակությունը՝ ռեկտոր Ռուբեն Մելիքյանի գլխավորությամբ մասնակցել է Ստրասբուրգում կայացած Եվրոպայի խորհրդի իրավական ոլորտի մասնագետների համար մարդու իրավունքների կրթական՝ HELP (Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals) ծրագրի տարեկան համաժողովին:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի հանրային կապերի բաժնից, համաժողովն այս տարի նվիրված է եղել մարդու իրավունքների ուսուցման գործընթացում իրավաբանների և այլ մասնագետների փոխհարաբերություններին և դրանց առնչվող հարցերին:

Հայաստանյան պատվիրակության կազմում ընդգրկված են եղել Ակադեմիայի հեռավար ուսուցման վարչության պետ Արտաշես Խուրշուդյանը, ով նաև հանդիսանում է ԵԽ հեռավար ուսուցման ծրագրերի մշակման մեթոդոլոգիական խմբի փորձագետ, ինչպես նաև Գիտահետազոտական վարչության պետ Էմիլ Ամիրխանյանը: Վերջինս Հայաստանում HELP ծրագրի կոորդինատորն է:

Նրանք  համաժողովին ներկա ԵԽ 47 անդամ երկրների մասնակիցներին ներկայացրել են Ակադեմիայի կողմից մշակված հեռաուսուցման փաթեթը, որն ընդգրկում է «Սթրեսի և ժամանակի կառավարում» դասընթացի համար նախատեսված համապատասխան նյութեր: Փաթեթը մասնակիցների շրջանում բավական մեծ հետաքրքրություն է առաջացրել, քննարկվել են գործընկեր երկրների համապատասխան կառույցների շահառուների վերապատրաստման համար այն թարգամանելու և ներդնելու հնարավորությունները:

Այս պահին Ակադեմիայում մշակվում է նաև մեկ այլ՝ «Հռետորիկա և փաստարկում» դասընթացի փաթեթը, որի սեղմ տարբերակը ևս առաջիկայում հասանելի կդառնա եվրոպացի գործընկերներին:

Հայաստանում HELP ծրագրի կոորդինատոր Էմիլ Ամիրխանյանը ներկայացրել է իրավական ոլորտի մասնագետների շրջանում HELP ծրագրի, ինչպես նաև Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի նախադեպային իրավունքի վերաբերյալ իրազեկման ապահովման ուղղությամբ կատարված քայլերը և առաջիկա անելիքները: Մասնավորապես, Եվրոպայի խորհրդի և Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի կողմից համատեղ, Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի նախադեպային իրավունքի վերաբերյալ 4 դասընթացների մասով («ՄԻԵԴ նախադեպային իրավունքի հիմնահարցերը քրեական գործերով», «ՄԻԵԴ նախադեպային իր ավունքը քաղաքացիական դատավարությունում», «ՄԻԵԴ նախադեպային իրավունքը վարչական դատավարությունում», «ՄԻԵԴ նախադեպային իրավունքը սեփականության պաշտպանության ոլորտում») մշակվել են դասավանդման նյութեր: Բացի այդ, ավարտին են հասցվում  «Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական իրավունքի հիմունքները» դասընթացի մշակման աշխատանքները, որի դասավանդումը նախատեսվում է իրականացնել HELP ուսուցման հարթակի միջոցով:

Համաժողովի շրջանակում քննարկվել են փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ թեմաներ, նաև ուրվագծվել են 2016թ.-ի անելիքները:
