Պոչամբարների լցակույտերի վերամշակման Կառավարության ծրագրի առաջին փուլում 1500 աշխատատեղ կստեղծվի

Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Կարապետյանը ողջունում է «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»-ի պոչամբարներում լցակույտերի վերամշակման ներդրումային ծրագիրը, որը խորհրդարանի քննարկմանն է ներկայացրել ՀՀ կառավարությունը: «Ողջիի, Փխրուտի, Արծվանիկի պոչամբարներում կուտակված և կուտակվող, ինչպես նաև «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ընկերության գործունեության արդյունքում գոյացած և գոյացող արտադրական լցակույտերի մշակման ներդրումային ծրագրի մասին» օրենքի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ պատգամավորը նշեց, որ ծրագիրը շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի, քանի որ դրա իրականացման արդյունքում ստեղծվելու են լրացուցիչ աշխատատեղեր: «Այս ներդրումային ծրագրի իրականացման առաջին փուլի արդյունքում ստեղծվելու է շուրջ 1000 հիմնական և 500 ժամանակավոր աշխատատեղ: Առաջին փուլով նախատեսվում է 330 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում իրականացնել: Այն իրականացվելու է 2015-2018թթ. ընթացքում: Ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլը իրականացվելու է 2019-2025թթ համար, եթե առաջին փուլը հաջողվի: Ծրագրի եÖ �կրորդ փուլը իրագործելու դեպքում մենք կկարողանանք ստեղծել շուրջ 6000 աշխատատեղ»,- նշեց Կարապետյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»-ի 3 պոչամբարներից երկուսն արդեն իսկ կոնսերվացվել են և չեն օգտագործվում, իսկ ամենախոշորը՝ Արծվանիկի պոչամբարը, լցվել է 95 տոկոսով: «Հիմա այստեղ երկու տարբերակ ունենք. կամ կառուցում ենք չորրորդ պոչամբարը, կամ՝ իրականացնում առաջարկվող ծրագիրը: Բնականաբար, մենք հակված ենք իրականացնել ներդրումային ծրագիրը, որը մեր երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման համար լավ հնարավորություններ է ստեղծում»,- շեշտեց պատգամավորը:

Նա կարևորում է այն հանգամանքը, որ վերամշակման արդյունքում  լցակույտերից հնարավոր կլինի ստանալ օգտակար նյութեր: Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ այդ լցակույտերի վերամշակումից կարելի է ստանալ մետաղական ցանցեր, որոնք շատ երկրներում արդեն օգտագործվում են կարկուտից պաշտպանվելու համար: «Եվրոպական երկրներում, Ռուսաստանում կարկուտից պաշտպանվելու համար օգտագործում են մետաղական ցանցերը: Պոչամբարների լցակույտերը վերամշակման ընթացքում մենք նախևառաջ կարևորելու ենք այդ մետաղական ցանցերի արտադրությունը, որն օգտագործելու ենք կարկուտից բերքը պաշտպանելու համար»,- նկատեց Արմեն Կրապետյանը:

Խորհրդարանը քննարկում է «Ողջիի, Փխրուտի, Արծվանիկի պոչամբարներում կուտակված և կուտակվող, ինչպես նաև «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ընկերության գործունեության արդյունքում գոյացած և գոյացող արտադրական լցակույտերի մշակման ներդրումային ծրագիրը»: Հիմնական զեկուցող, ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ Արեգ Գալստյանն ընդգծեց, որ օրենքի ընդունման արդյունքում ներդրումների հոսքը Հայաստան, ինչպես նաև ներդրումային ծրագրերն իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ գործարանի կառուցումը երկրում լրացուցիչ աշխա տատեղեր կստեղծվեն:

Օրենքի ընդունման արդյունքում և դրա հիման վրա նախատեսվում է իրականացնել ներդրումային ծրագիրը, որը ենթադրում է «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»-ի պոչամբարներում կուտակված արտադրական լցակույտերի  վերամշակում:
