Խիստ վերահսկողություն`մայրաքաղաքի վերելակների նորոգման և սպասարկման 2015 թվականի ծրագրի նկատմամբ

2015 թվականին համայնքային բյուջեի և բնակչությունից գանձվող սպասարկման վճարների միջոցներով  մայրաքաղաքի բազմաբնակարան շենքերի վերելակների նորոգման  ընթացքն է քննարկվել Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանի հրավիրած աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ: Խորհրդակցությանը  մասնակցել են մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարները, կոմունալ բաժինների պետերը, վերելակային տնտեսությունները սպասարկող ընկերությունների տնօրենները, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կոմունալ տնտեսության և վերահսկողության վարչությունների աշխատակիցները, համատիրությունների նախագահները:  Մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարները քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալին նախ ներկայացրել են ընթացիկ տարում համայնքային բյուջեով տեղերում նախատեսված վերելակների նորոգման աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև` առաջիկա անելիքները: Վերելակային տնտեսությունները սպասարկող ընկերությունների տնօրենները հանդես են եկել վերելակների պահեստամասերի և մյուս բաղադրիչների նորոգման, նորերի ձեռք բերման և դրանց տեղադրման մասին առանձին հաշվետվություններով: Լսելով դրանք`  հանձնարարվել է արագացնել վերելակների նորոգման ընթացքը և հնարավորին արագ,սակայն որակական և անվտանգության բոլոր չափանիշների պահպանմամբ, տեխնիկական զննում անցնելուց հետո վերելակները հանձնել շահագործման: Կամո Արեյանը հատկանշել է, որ հաշվի առնելով մարդու կյանքի և առողջության հետ անմիջականորեն ունեցած կապը` աշխատանքների անվտանգ, որակյալ և լիարժեք իրականացմանը պետք է առաջնային կարևորություն տալ:

Քաղաքապետարանի վերահսկողության վարչության պետին և տեխնիկական վերահսկողություն իրականացնող մյուս կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին հանձնարարվել է մանրակրկիտ և պարբերական ուսումնասիրություններ անցկացնել, ստուգել արդեն նորոգված վերելակներում տեղադրված նոր պահեստամասերի առկայությունն ու ծախսված միջոցների վերաբերյալ հաշվետվությունների արժանահավատությունը, անցկացնել դրանց որակի համապատասխանության միջոցառումներ: Վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարվել է անձամբ հետևել վերելակների նորոգման աշխատանքների ընթացքին և պարբերաբար ներկայացնել արդյունքները: Քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալը շեշտել է, որ համայնքային բյուջեով և բնակչությունից գանձվող սպասարկման վճարների հաշվին կազմակերպվող վերելակների նորոգման աշխատանքները գտնվելու են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի մշտական ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Վերահսկողական գործառույթներ է իրականացնելու նաև հատուկ այդ նպատակով ստեղծվող աշխատանքային խումբը:
