Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունը ՀՀ-ին կտրամադրի սողանքների դեմ պայքարի թանկարժեք սարքավորումներ

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանն ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում Ճապոնիայի նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Էյջի Տագուչիին և դեսպանի խորհրդական Սասամե Կենիչիրոյին: Սա դեսպանի առաջին ճանաչողական այցն էր ՏԿԱԻՆ: Ողջունելով դեսպանին՝ նախարար Երիցյանը հակիրճ ներկայացրել է ՏԿԱԻՆ-ի գործունեությունը տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների բնագավառում:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՏԿԱԻՆ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախարար Երիցյանը դեսպանի միջոցով հատուկ շնորհակալություն է փոխանցել Ճապոնիայի կառավարությանը, որի հետ ՏԿԱԻՆ-ը սերտորեն համագործակցում է: Ա. Երիցյանը մասնավորապես շեշտել է հայ-ճապոնական համագործակցությունը սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության բնագավառում, որի արդյունքում՝ ճապոնացի փորձագետների հետ Երևանում տեղադրվել են գրունտի ուժեղ շարժումների սեյսմիկ կայաններ, բացի այդ, ՏԿԱԻՆ-ը Ճապոնիայի կ առավարության հետ լայնածավալ ծրագիր է իրականացնում սողանքների դեմ պայքարում, որի շրջանակներում Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունը թանկարժեք սարքավորումներ է տրամադրելու Հայաստանին սողանքների դեմ պայքարի նպատակով: Հայ-ճապոնական համագործակցության արդյունքում՝ մեր պետությունն արդեն ձեռք է բերել նաև 6 ավտոբուս, որոնք միաժամանակ կառավարման կենտրոններ են և 28 ժամանակակից հրշեջ մեքենա:

Ճապոնացի դեսպանը ևս նշել է, որ Հայաստանի և Ճապոնիայի միջև համագործակցութունը շատ արդյունավետ է ընթանում: Դրա վառ ապացույցներից մեկն էլ վերջերս Ճապոնիայի Սենդայ քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ՄԱԿ-ի՝ «Աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցմանե թեմայով կազմակերպված կոնֆերանսն է, որին ակտիվ մասնակցություն է ունեցել նաև ՏԿԱԻՆ-ը:

Դեսպան Էյջի Տագուչին նախարար Երիցյանին խնդրել է, որպեսզի վերջինս միջնորդի ՀՀ կառավարությանը Ճապոնիային աջակցել ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր ասամբլեայում կյանքի կոչել նոյեմբերի 5-ը Ցունամիի միջազգային օր ճանաչելու նախագիծը:

ՏԿԱԻ նախարարը խոստացել է քննարկել դեսպանի խնդրանքը կառավարությունում: Հանդիպման ավարտին նախարար Երիցյանը հյուրերին ուղեկցել է ՀՀ կառավարության սերվերային տնտեսության պահուստային կենտրոն և Ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն, որտեղ դեսպանը ծանոթացավ ՃԿԿ-ի աշխատանքային գործընթացին և տեխնիկական հնարավորություններին:

Նախարարությունը սերտորեն համագործակցում է երկրում ներկայացված բոլոր միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ, ինչի արդյունքում՝ Հայաստանը տարածաշրջանում առաջինն ունեցավ Աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման ազգային պլատֆորմ (2010թ.):
