Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Արման Խաչատրյանը Լյուքսեմբուրգ կատարած աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում ստորագրել է փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի հետ: Հուշագրով կողմերը հայտարարել են ներդրումային ծրագրերի մշակման և ներդրումների ներգավման, ներքին և արտաքին ֆինանսական աջակցությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերի համաֆինանսավորման, տեխնիկական օժանդակության, արտահանման դիվեսիֆիկացման և աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման նոր հնարավ որություններ ստեղծելու մասին իրենց մտադրությունը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի լրատվական ծառայությունից, հունիսի 12-ին աշխատանքային այցով Լյուքսեմբուրգի Մեծ Դքսություն են մեկնել նաև  ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը և ԵՄ-ում ՀՀ առևտրական կցորդ Վարոս Սիմոնյանը:

Հայ պաշտոնյաններն այնտեղ հանդիպել են Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի (ԵՆԲ) գլխավոր քարտուղար և գործառնությունների հարցերով տնօրեն Կլաուս Տրոմելի հետ:

Ողջյունելով ՀՀ պատվիրակության անդամներին՝ Կլաուս Տրոմելն ընդգծել է, որ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը ՀՀ կառավարության առաջին անդամն է, որ  այցելում է ԵՆԲ  և դա շատ խորհրդանշական է։ Նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը կարևորել է Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի՝ մեր երկրում իրականացվող ծրագրերի շարունականությունը, ինչպես նաև ԵՆԲ-ի հետ համագործակցության խորացման հեռանկարները` պայմանավորված Եվրոպական Ներդրումային բանկի և Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի միջև փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի ստորագրմամբ:

Երկուստեք ընդգծվել է, որ վերոնշյալ փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի ստորագրմամբ կողմերը վերահաստատում են իրենց հետաքրքրությունն ու կամքը Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի միջև համագործակցությանը նոր որակ ու բովանդակություն հաղորդելու վերաբերյալ:
