Վրաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Թամարա Բերուչաշվիլին հայտարարել Է, որ երկիրը Թբիլիսիում տարերային աղետից հետո բազմաթիվ առաջարկություններ Է ստանում հումանիտար, ֆինանսական, փորձագիտական օգնության վերաբերյալ, եւ նշել Է, որ Վրաստանն ամեն տեսակ օգնության կարիք ունի:

Կարկուտով եւ քամիով  ուղեկցվող տեղատարափը Թբիլիսիում մոլեգնել Է լույս հունիսի 14-ի գիշերը: Դրա հետեւանքով վնասվել են բնակելի շենքեր, ճանապարհներ, ենթակառուցվածքի օբյեկտներ: Թբիլիսիի քաղաքագլուխ Դավիթ Նարմանիան հայտնել Է 12 զոհվածների մասին, սակայն վրացական ԶԼՄ-ները ժամ առ ժամ հայտնում են գտնված նոր զոհերի մասին: Ավելի քան 260 մարդ անօթեւան Է մնացել, 24 բնակիչ անհետ կորած Է համարվում: Ավերվել Է կենդանաբանական այգին, որտեղից փախել են 30-ից ավելի գիշատիչներ, այդ թվում՝ գայլեր, առյուծներ, արջեր, սատկել են 300-ից ավելի կենդանիներ: Տարերքի պատճառած վնասը գերազանցում Է 20 մլն դոլարը:

«Վրաստանը համերաշխության, զորակցության, ցավակցության հաղորդագրություններ Է ստանում մեր գործընկերներից, բարեկամ երկրներից՝ վարչապետների, նախագահների ու սովորական քաղաքացիների մակարդակով: Եվրամիության արտակարգ իրավիճակների կառավարման խորհուրդը լիակատար կոորդինացում Է իրականացնում Վրաստանի համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների հետ եւ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պատրաստ կլինի օգնություն ցուցաբերել, որն այժմ այնքան անհրաժեշտ Է Վրաստանին: Վրաստանի արտաքին գործերի եւ ֆինանսների նախարարություններն աշխատում են, որպեսզի հնարավորինս շուտ մոբիլիզացվի ֆինանսական օգնությունը դոնորական կազմակերպություններից ու գործընկերներից»,-ասել Է Բերուչաշվիլին «Ռուսթավի-2» հեռուստաընկերության եթերում:

Վրաստանի ԱԳ նախարարի խոսքով՝ հանրապետությունը պատրաստ Է ընդունելու ամեն տեսակ օգնություն, այդ թվում՝ փորձագիտական, տարերային աղետի հետեւանքները հաղթահարելու համար: «Խոսքն ամեն տեսակ օգնության մասին Է, Վրաստանին ու Թբիլիսիին օգնություն Է անհրաժեշտ այժմ, այս րոպեներին: Բայց դրա հետ միասին մենք աշխատում ենք միջազգային մակարդակով փորձագիտական օգնության կազմակերպման ուղղությամբ, որպեսզի կանխվեն նման հետեւանքները»,- հավելել Է Բերուզաշվիլին, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
