 Ազգային ժողովում մեկնարկել է կառավարության հրավիրած արտահերթ նստաշրջանի երկրորդ նիստը:Գրանցվել է 99 պատգամավոր: Նիստի մեկնարկին քվեարկության կդրվեն նախորդ օրը քննարկված հարցերը:

Հունիսի 15-ի նիստում պատգամավորներն ավարտել են  «Ողջիի, Փխրուտի, Արծվանիկի պոչամբարներում կուտակված եւ կուտակվող, ինչպես նաեւ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ն գործունեության արդյունքում գոյացած եւ գոյացող արտադրական լցակույտերի մշակման ներդրումային ծրագրի մասին» օրենքի նախագծի քննարկումը:

Խորհրդարանն այնուհետեւ քննարկել է 2015 թ. մայիսի 8-ին Մոսկվայում ստորագրված «Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության՝ «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին» 2014 թ. մայիսի 29-ի պայմանագրին միանալու մասին» 2014 թ. դեկտեմբերի 23-ին ստորագրված պայմանագրին ՀՀ միանալու մասին» արձանագրությունը, որը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման եւ բարեփոխումների նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Սուրեն Կարայանը: Արձանագրությամբ Հայաստանը միանում է «Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին» 2014 թ. մայիսի 29-ի պայմանագրին միան ալու մասին» 2014 թ. դեկտեմբերի 23-ին ստորագրված պայմանագրին:

Խորհրդարանը ՀՀ միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման- բարեփոխումների նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Սուրեն Կարայանի ներկայացմամբ քննարկել է 2015 թվականի մայիսի 8-ին Մոսկվայում ստորագրված «Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության՝ »Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին» 2014 թվականի մայիսի 29-ի պայմանագրին միանալու առնչությամբ «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին» 2014 թվականի մայիսի 29-ի պայմանագրում եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության իրավունքի մաս կազմող առանձին միջազգային պայմանագրերում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» արձանագրությունը:

Խորհրդարանը քննարկել է նաեւ 2015 թվականի մայիսի 8-ին Մոսկվայում ստորագրված «Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության՝ «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին» 2014 թվականի մայիսի 29-ի պայմանագրին միանալու առնչությամբ Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության կողմից «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին» 2014 թվականի մայիսի 29-ի պայմանագրի, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության իրավունքի մաս կազմող առանձին միջազգային պայմանագրերի եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մարմինների ակտերի կիրառման պայմանների եւ անցումային դրույթների մասին» արձանագրությունը:
