Դատապարտյալը փորձել է ձեռք բերել թմրամիջոց և հոգեմետ նյութ

 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պատիժը կրելու ընթացքում դատապարտյալի կողմից թմրամիջոց, հոգեմետ նյութեր ձեռք բերելու փորձ կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և  հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցներով պարզվել է, որ դատապարտյալը, ՀՀ ԱՆ «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պատիժ կրելու ընթացքում՝ 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ին, իր անձնական օգտագործման համար, հանձնուքի միջոցով, փորձել է ապօրինի ձեռք բերել 4,41 գրամ հաստատուն քաշով մարիխուանա տեսակի և առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 9,6 գրամ հաստատուն քաշով, ացետիլացված ափիոն տեսակի, տնայնագործական եղանակով պատրաստված թմրամիջոցներ։

Հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցվել՝ դատապարտյալի կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով: Թմրամիջոցները հայտնաբերվել ու վերցվել են ՀՀ ԱՆ «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի աշխատակիցների կողմից՝ հանձնուքների ընդունման կետում կատարված զննությամբ:

Նույն դատապարտյալը փորձել է ձեռք բերել նաև զգալի չափերով տրամադոլ տեսակի հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութ, ինչը ևս 2015 թվականի մարտի 2-ին հայտնաբերվել է ՀՀ ԱՆ «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի աշխատակիցների կողմից:

Մինչդատական վարույթի ընթացքում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Ա. Տոնոյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-268-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-268-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նրա մասով քրեական գործն անջատվել է առանձին վարույթ, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:

Դատապարտյալին թմրամիջոց և հոգեմետ նյութ իրացրած անձին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։

Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
