Երեկ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի թանկացման գուժը տարածվեց լույսի արագությամբ և ինչպես միշտ, մեր վերնախավը արեց այն, ինչ ամենալավն է ստացվում իր մոտ՝ թեման ցրեց։ Իրականում, Բիբինը նամակը ոչ այլ ինչ էր, քան բլեֆ, որը իշխանությունների դեմքը փրկելու համար է արված ու հանդիսանում է թանկացման թեման ցրելու ու հանրային ընկալումը մանիպուլացնելու համար։

Պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ տղերքը պասերով են խաղում ու հերթական անգամ ականատես ենք լինում «լավ ու վատ ոստիկան» հոգեբանական հնարքին, որտեղ բոբո Բիբինը ուզում է հնարավորինս թանկացնել սակագինը ու ժողովրդի կաշին քերթել, իսկ մեր ազգանվեր ՀԾԿՀ-ն ու իշխանությունները ջանք ու եռանդ չեն խնայում, որպեսզի հնարավորինս մեղմեն «անխուսափելի» թանկացման չափը։ Մնում ա մի հատ էլ մեդալներ բաժանեն իրար՝ այս ազգանվեր ֆոկուսի համատեքստում։

Այս իրավիճակը ևս մեկ անգամ մատնացույց է անում այն, որ ժամանակին «Գույք՝ պարտքի դիմաց» դարակազմիկ ակցիան ոչ այլ ինչ էր, քան պետական դավաճանություն, որը վերջնականապես զրկեց Հայաստանը սուվերենության վերջին նշույլներից։ Իրավիճակը նաև հուշում է այն, որ միայն պասիվ քննադատությունն ու փնթփնթոցը իշխանությունների բիբինին էլ չեն, քանի որ նրանք հրաշալիորեն յուրացրել են դեմագոգիայի ու հանրային բանավեճի մանիպուլացման բոլոր կանոնները։
