 Կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց Սև և Կասպից ծովերում երկաթուղային-լաստանավային համալիրների շահագործման հիմնական սկզբունքներին վերաբերող տեխնիկական հավելվածին, որով կդյուրացվի Հայաստանից բեռների փոխադրումը լաստանավային ճանապարհով:

Ինչպես Կառավարության նիստի ընթացքում նշեց ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը, փաստաթղթի ստորագրման արդյունքում կողմերը անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն կցուցաբերեն միմյանց` ուղիղ միջազգային երկաթուղային-լաստանավային բեռների հաղորդակցության հետագա զարգացման նպատակներով:

«Կկիրառվեն ժամանակակից մեթոդներ բեռների և տրանսպորտային միջոցների մասին նախնական տեղեկատվության փոխանակման` ուղիղ միջազգային երկաթուղային-լաստանավային բեռների հաղորդակցության իրականացման ժամանակ առևտրի դյուրացման նպատակով: Փաստաթղթի ստորագրման արդյունքում, կողմերի փոխադարձ համաձայնեցմամբ, սակագները և ծառայությունները, նավահանգստային գանձումները և տարանցիկ փոխադրումների իրականացման համար այլ մուծումները կսահմանվեն արտոնյալ պայմաններով»,- ասաց Բեգլարյանը:

Համաձայն «Սև և Կասպից ծովերում երկաթուղային-լաստանավային համալիրների շահագործման հիմնական սկզբունքների մասին» տեխնիկական հավելվածի և ազգային օրենդրության` կողմերը համապատասխան միջոցներ պետք է ձեռնարկեն երկաթուղային-լաստանավային համալիրների աշխատանքներին աջակցության համար, որոնք նպաստում են մաքսային, սահմանային և այլ վերահսկող ընթացակարգերի առավելագույն արագացմանը և դյուրացմանը:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը լինելով դեպի ծով ելք չունեցող երկիր` բեռնափոխադրումները դեպի Եվրոպա իրականացնում է ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտով և երկաթուղային-լաստանավային միջոցներով` Սև ծովի Փոթի և Բաթումի նավահանգիստներով: Ուստի վերոնշյալ փաստաթղթի ստորագրումը հնարավորություն կտա բարձրացնելու ՀՀ բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալը, ինչպես նաև խթան կհանդիսանա մուլտիմոդալ փոխադրումների զարգացման համար:
