Գոգավան-Պրիվոլնոյե նոր անցակետի շինարարությունն ավարտական փուլում է: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, «ՀՀ պետական սահմանի «Բագրատաշեն», «Բավրա» և «Գոգավան» անցման կետերի արդիականացում» ծրագրի շրջանակում ընդգրկված է նաև Գու գարքի տարածաշրջանային մաքսատան կազմում  գործող Գոգավան-Պրիվոլնոյե մաքսակետը:

Մաքսատան պետ Սամվել Սաֆարյանի խոսքով` թեպետ շինարարական աշխատանքներն այստեղ սկսվել են ընդամենը մեկ տարի առաջ, սակայն ծրագիրն այսօր իրականացման թեժ փուլում է. շինհրապարակում արդեն կանգուն են ապագա անցակետի բոլոր մասնաշենքերը, բոլորն էլ հիմքից կառուցված: Իսկ կոմունիկացիոն աշխատանքներն ավարտելուց հետո կսկսվեն ներքին և արտաքին հարդարման աշխատանքները:

«Նոր անցակետի առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ սահմանային ծառայություն իրականացնող բոլոր կառույցները կգործեն մեկ հարկի տակ՝ շուրջ 2.5 հա տարածքում կառուցվող ընդարձակ շինություններում, որտեղ կտեղակայվեն ապագա մաքսակետի մանրակրկիտ զննման, «Ռապիսկան» սարքի, ֆիտոսանիտարական և վարչական մասնաշենքերը, ինչպես նաև կինոլոգիական կենտրոնը: Ամբողջը՝ ժամանակակից շինություններով և նոր լուծումներով»,-ընդգծել է Սամվել Սաֆարյանը:  Հայաստանը և Վրաստանը միավորող Գոգավան-Պրիվոլնոյե արդիականացված անցակետում սահմանահատումը կտևի ընդամենը 5 րոպե:

Յուրաքանչյուր կողմի համար կգործի երկուական ուղի` մարդատար և բեռնատար ավտոմեքենաների համար: Իսկ  ոչ ստանդարտ բեռնափոխադրումների համար էլ առանձնացված ուղի կլինի: Չնայած այս տարածաշրջանին բնորոշ անբարենպաստ եղանակային պայմանները խոչընդոտներ են ստեղծում ակտիվ շինարարության համար, այնուամենանիվ, Գուգարքի տարածաշրջանային մաքսատան պետը վստահեցրել է` բոլոր ծրագրված աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են ըստ նախատեսված գրաֆիկի. մաքսակետի արդիականացման գործընթացը խիստ վերահսկողության ներքո է: «Այս ամենի արդյունքում հնարավորություն կունենանք խուսափել հերթերից և կուտակումներից. սպասարկումը բարձր մակարդակով և ճշգրտությամբ կիրականացվի»,-ընդգծել է մաքսատն պետ Սամվել Սաֆարյանը:

Գոգավան-Պրիվոլնոյե մաքսակետի շինարարությամբ ամբողջանում է Հայաստանի հյուսիսի մաքսային դարպասների արդիականացման ծրագիրը, որի մեկնարկը տրվել է 2013-ին: Իսկ 2016-ին արդեն հայ-վրացական սահմանն այցելուներին կներկայանա ժամանակակից չափանիշերով և սահուն սահմանահատմամբ:
